Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran gerak dasar manipulatif melempar berbasis modifikasi alat yang layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran PJOK pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa kelas II Fase A SD Prestasi Global. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa 10 model pembelajaran gerak dasar manipulatif melempar menggunakan tiga jenis alat modifikasi, yaitu bola kertas berbuntut, bola persegi berbuntut, dan bola karet berbuntut. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli gerak dasar, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli pembelajaran PJOK, serta rubrik penilaian keterampilan melempar melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan memenuhi aspek kelayakan dari segi materi, media, keamanan, dan kemudahan penggunaan sehingga layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, ditandai dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar yang meningkat dari 35% pada pretest menjadi 70% pada posttest. Selain meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif melempar, penggunaan alat yang dimodifikasi juga mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, menyenangkan, aman, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, gerak dasar manipulatif, melempar, modifikasi alat, sekolah dasar. ***** This study aimed to develop a feasible and effective learning model for manipulative fundamental throwing skills based on modified equipment for elementary school physical education. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants were 20 second-grade students (Phase A) of SD Prestasi Global. The developed product consisted of ten learning models using three types of modified equipment: a tailed paper ball, a tailed square ball, and a tailed rubber ball. Research instruments included validation sheets from a fundamental movement expert, a learning media expert, a physical education expert, and a throwing skill assessment rubric administered through pretests and posttests. The validation results indicated that the developed model met the criteria for content, media, safety, and practicality, making it suitable for classroom implementation. The implementation results showed an improvement in students' learning outcomes, with the percentage of students achieving the minimum mastery criterion increasing from 35% in the pretest to 70% in the posttest. Furthermore, the use of modified equipment created a more engaging, enjoyable, and safe learning environment while encouraging active student participation. Therefore, the developed learning model is considered feasible and effective for improving manipulative throwing skills in elementary school physical education.
