Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul eksperimen Asas Black dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) berbantuan data logger sebagai media pembelajaran fisika bagi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang dibatasi hingga tahap Development. Produk dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kesesuaian proses pembelajaran fisika di SMA. Pada tahap Analysis, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui studi literatur yang mencakup analisis pembelajaran, kurikulum, karakteristik peserta didik, serta materi dan media pembelajaran untuk menentukan urgensi pengembangan media. Tahap Design menghasilkan rancangan awal produk berupa kerangka modul, alur pembelajaran dengan pendekatan STEM, instrumen validasi ahli dan lembar observasi pengguna. Pada tahap Development, dilakukan proses pembuatan produk, uji coba skala laboratorium, validasi isi oleh ahli, uji coba pengguna, serta revisi dan penyempurnaan produk berdasarkan masukan yang diperoleh. Hasil uji coba skala laboratorium membuktikan bahwa modul eksperimen yang dikembangkan mampu menunjukkan kesesuaian antara hasil eksperimen dengan teori Asas Black. Hasil validasi ahli uji kelayakan menyatakan bahwa produk dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil uji coba pengguna perorangan menunjukkan bahwa produk sangat baik dan memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi Asas Black. Dengan demikian, modul eksperimen yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran mandiri bagi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan bahan ajar eksperimen yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pembelajaran fisika. ***** This study aimed to develop a Black's Principle experiment module based on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach assisted by a data logger as a physics learning medium for senior high school students. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, which was limited to the Development stage. The product was designed based on learners' needs and its suitability for the physics learning process in senior high school. During the Analysis stage, a needs analysis was conducted through a literature review, including analyses of learning processes, curriculum, student characteristics, learning materials, and instructional media to identify the necessity of developing the module. The Design stage resulted in the initial product design, including the module framework, STEM-based learning sequence, expert validation instruments, and user observation sheets. In the Development stage, the module was produced, followed by laboratory-scale testing, expert content validation, user trials, and product revision and refinement based on the feedback obtained. The laboratory-scale testing demonstrated that the developed experiment module produced results consistent with the theoretical principles of Black's Principle. The expert validation results indicated that the module was feasible for use in physics learning. Furthermore, the user trial results showed that the module was rated as very good and helped students better understand the concept of Black's Principle. Therefore, the developed experiment module is appropriate for students' learning needs and can be used as an independent learning medium for senior high school students. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the development of technology-assisted experimental teaching materials in physics education.
