Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha menuntut lulusan pendidikan kejuruan untuk tidak hanya memiliki keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kemandirian mental dalam menciptakan peluang kerja. Praktik kewirausahaan di sekolah memiliki peran krusial sebagai stimulus eksternal yang diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan minat siswa untuk berwirausaha. Selain pengalaman praktik, kesiapan berwirausaha juga menjadi faktor internal penting yang mencakup kapasitas mental, kompetensi bisnis, serta keberanian dalam menghadapi risiko usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan kesiapan berwirausaha sebagai variabel mediasi pada siswa Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 118 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode proportionate random sampling berdasarkan acuan Tabel Krejcie dan Morgan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi evaluasi model pengukuran (outer model), evaluasi model struktural (inner model), serta pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui metode bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha (β = 0,661; t = 9,369; p = 0,000), praktik kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha (β = 0,204; t = 1,890; p = 0,059), serta kesiapan berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (β = 0,594; t = 5,195; p = 0,000). Selain itu, kesiapan berwirausaha terbukti memediasi pengaruh praktik kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha secara positif dan signifikan (β = 0,392; t = 4,693; p = 0,000). Temuan-temuan ini menunjukkan adanya mediasi penuh, di mana aktivitas praktik kewirausahaan tidak secara langsung memicu niat kewirausahaan, melainkan harus terlebih dahulu diintegrasikan menjadi kesiapan berwirausaha bagi para siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan studi ini dengan melibatkan variabel-variabel independen atau mediator yang lebih beragam guna memperkaya literatur mengenai pendidikan kewirausahaan.***** The development of the business world demands vocational education graduates to possess not only technical skills but also mental independence in creating job opportunities. Entrepreneurial practice in schools plays a crucial role as an external stimulus expected to foster students' entrepreneurial intentions. In addition to practical experience, entrepreneurial readiness serves as a vital internal factor encompassing mental capacity, business competence, and the courage to face business risks. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial practice on entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial readiness as a mediating variable among students of the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) Skills Program at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The unit of analysis in this study is the students of the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) Skills Program at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 118 students determined using a probability sampling technique with a proportionate random sampling method based on the Krejcie and Morgan Table reference. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The analysis techniques applied included the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model), the evaluation of the structural model (inner model), and hypothesis testing for direct and indirect effects through the bootstrapping method. The results indicated that entrepreneurial practice has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness (β = 0,661; t = 9,369; p = 0,000), entrepreneurial practice does not have a significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intention (β = 0,204; t = 1,890; p = 0,059), and entrepreneurial readiness has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention (β = 0,594; t = 5,195; p = 0,000). Furthermore, entrepreneurial readiness was proven to positively and significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurial practice on entrepreneurial intention (β = 0,392; t = 4,693; p = 0,000). These findings indicate the occurrence of full mediation, where entrepreneurial practice activities do not directly generate entrepreneurial intention but must first be transformed into students' entrepreneurial readiness. Future research is expected to develop the study by involving more varied independent or mediating variables to enrich the literature on entrepreneurial education.
