Abstract
Melalui implementasi rancangan ini, Platform UMNA diharapkan dapat mereduksi Consumer Confusion dan meningkatkan otonomi jemaah dalam melaksanakan ibadah Umrah secara mandiri.***** Increasing public interest in Indonesia toward independent Umrah has not been matched by adequate digital infrastructure readiness for novice users, resulting in procedural confusion, fear of visa rejection, cost uncertainty, and minimal visibility of post-transaction travel status. This research aims to design the UMNA Platform as a digital solution integrating the entire independent Umrah planning process through a step-by-step navigation system, dynamic cost calculation, visa administration facilitation, and a centralized user control center. The research adopts a Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach through five stages of Design Thinking, using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and finalization. The unit of analysis is prospective urban Muslim pilgrims in Indonesia residing in the Jabodetabek area, aged 20 to 45 years. Data analysis techniques were conducted qualitatively through social media observation and pre-research questionnaires to identify user pain points, and quantitatively using Black-Box Testing for functional validation and the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument to measure system usability. The results indicate that all twenty functional test scenarios achieved a Pass status (100%), and all four usability task scenarios achieved a Task Completion Rate of 100%. Evaluation of the system demonstrates an average System Usability Scale score of 82.75, exceeding the usability acceptability threshold. The integration of cost transparency, step-by-step guidance, and travel status visibility was shown to directly enhance user confidence and ease of use. Recommendations for future research include expanding the sample using a more representative technique, involving external heuristic evaluators, testing within a real transaction environment integrated with the Nusuk Platform, and measuring Behavioral Intention using standardized instruments through a longitudinal study. Through this design, the UMNA Platform is expected to reduce Consumer Confusion and enhance pilgrims' autonomy in independently performing the Umrah pilgrimage.
