Abstract

Kompetisi Bangunan Gedung Indonesia (KBGI) merupakan kompetisi nasional yang menuntut mahasiswa mampu melakukan pemodelan dan analisis struktur sebagai dasar penyusunan proposal prototipe bangunan gedung tahan gempa. Namun, hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) masih mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pemodelan dan analisis struktur, sementara referensi yang tersedia masih terbatas dan belum menyajikan tahapan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku panduan pemodelan dan analisis struktur prototipe gedung beton pracetak skala 1:50 terhadap beban gempa meja getar sebagai acuan internal bagi mahasiswa UNJ dalam penyusunan proposal KBGI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri atas tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Kelayakan buku panduan dinilai oleh tiga ahli materi dan tiga ahli media, sedangkan penilaian pengguna melibatkan lima mahasiswa UNJ yang pernah maupun akan mengikuti KBGI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase rata-rata 87,22% dan ahli media 88,89% dengan kategori Sangat Layak, sedangkan penilaian pengguna memperoleh persentase rata-rata 93,07% dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, buku panduan yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai acuan internal bagi mahasiswa UNJ dalam proses pemodelan dan analisis struktur untuk penyusunan proposal dan perencanaan prototipe KBGI. ***** The Indonesian Building Competition (Kompetisi Bangunan Gedung Indonesia/KBGI) is a national competition that requires students to perform structural modeling and analysis as the basis for preparing proposals for earthquake-resistant building prototypes. However, the preliminary study revealed that students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) experienced difficulties in structural modeling and analysis, while the available references were still limited and did not provide systematic procedures. This study aimed to develop a guidebook for structural modeling and analysis of a 1:50 scale precast concrete building prototype subjected to shaking table earthquake loads as an internal reference for UNJ students in preparing KBGI proposals. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The feasibility of the guidebook was evaluated by three subject matter experts and three media experts, while user evaluation involved five UNJ students who had participated or intended to participate in KBGI. The results showed that the guidebook achieved an average validation score of 87.22% from the subject matter experts and 88.89% from the media experts, both categorized as Highly Feasible. Furthermore, the user evaluation obtained an average score of 93.07%, which falls into the Very Good category. Based on these findings, the developed guidebook is considered feasible to be used as an internal reference for UNJ students in carrying out structural modeling and analysis for the Preparation of KBGI proposal and prototype.
