Abstract
Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di kawasan padat penduduk memerlukan teknologi pengolahan yang mudah diproduksi, dioperasikan, dan dirawat dengan biaya yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan desain Incinerator skala komunitas berbasis Design for manufacturing and assembly serta menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif melalui observasi proses manufaktur, pengujian Prototype CS/RW-i-1000, dokumentasi teknis dan biaya, pemodelan CAD, penyusunan Assembly Process Chart dan Bill of Material, serta analisa efisiensi dan biaya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Prototype CS/RW-i-1000 memiliki kapasitas pembakaran rata-rata 40 kg/jam dengan temperature 500–800°C. Evaluasi Prototype menghasilkan desain Clearsky CS/RW-i-30 berkapasitas 30 kg/jam dengan struktur modular, cerobong dua bagian, rumah filter bongkar-pasang, serta jalur sensor terintegrasi. Penerapan DFMA menurunkan estimasi waktu perakitan dari 340 menit menjadi 245 menit atau sebesar 27,94%. Estimasi Harga Pokok Produksi manufaktur murni diperoleh sebesar Rp270.640.000 per unit. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Clearsky CS/RW-i-30 dapat digunakan sebagai acuan produksi unit pertama oleh bengkel lokal atau UMKM, tetapi masih memerlukan pembuatan dan pengujian fisik untuk memverifikasi kinerja, keselamatan, dan emisinya. Kata kunci: Incinerator skala komunitas, Design for manufacturing and assembly, Harga Pokok Produksi. ************************************************************ Waste management problems in densely populated areas require treatment technologies that are easy to manufacture, operate, and maintain at measurable costs. This study aimed to develop a community-scale Incinerator design based on the Design for manufacturing and assembly approach and to calculate its cost of production. A descriptive-quantitative approach was employed through observations of manufacturing and operating processes, testing of the CS/RW-i-1000 Prototype, technical and cost documentation, CAD modelling, preparation of the Assembly Process Chart and Bill of Materials, and efficiency. The results showed that the CS/RW-i-1000 Prototype achieved an average combustion capacity of 40 kg/hour within a temperaturee range of 500–800°C. The Prototype evaluation resulted in the Clearsky CS/RW-i-30 design, which has a planned capacity of 30 kg/hour and incorporates a modular structure, a two-section chimney, a removable filter housing, and integrated sensor pathways. The application of DFMA reduced the estimated assembly time from 340 minutes to 245 minutes, representing an efficiency improvement of 27.94%. The estimated manufacturing cost of production was IDR 270,640,000 per unit. It can be concluded that the Clearsky CS/RW-i-30 design can serve as a reference for the initial production of one unit by local workshops or micro, small, and medium enterprises; however, physical fabrication and testing are still required to verify its performance, safety, and emissions.
