Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya media pembelajaran berupa e-modul pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Otomotif (DDTO) di SMK T 10 Nopember. Proses pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh penggunaan media konvensional sehingga kurang mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa E-modul berbasis Canva serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakannya berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dengan skala Likert yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-modul yang dikembangkan memiliki tampilan yang interaktif dengan memadukan materi, gambar, video, latihan, dan evaluasi sehingga dapat mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 95,39% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 87,27% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji kelayakan penggunaan media oleh 36 peserta didik memperoleh persentase sebesar 90,61% dengan kategori sangat layak, yang menunjukkan bahwa E-modul mudah digunakan dalam pembelajaran materi Dasar-Dasar Teknik Otomotif. Dengan demikian, E-modul berbasis Canva yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Otomotif (DDTO) di SMK T 10 Nopember.***** This study was motivated by the absence of an e-module as a learning medium for the Basic Automotive Engineering (DDTO) subject at SMK T 10 Nopember. The learning process was still dominated by conventional learning media, which were considered less effective in improving students' motivation and understanding. This study aimed to develop a Canva-based e-module as a learning medium and determine its feasibility based on the assessments of material experts, media experts, and students. This research employed the Research and Development(R&D) method using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert scale administered to material experts, media experts, and students. The results showed that the developed e-module provides interactive learning by integrating learning materials, images, videos, exercises, and evaluations, thereby supporting independent learning. The material expert validation obtained a feasibility score of 95.39%,categorized as very feasible, while the media expert validation achieved 87.27%, also categorized as very feasible. The feasibility test conducted with 36 students resulted in a score of 90,61%, which falls into the very feasible category, indicating that the e-module is easy to use understanding of Basic Automotive Engineering. Therefore, the Canva-based e-module developed in this study is considered highly feasible for use as a learning medium in the Basic Automotive Engineering (DDTO) subject for students at SMK T 10 Nopember.
