Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa Manual book Fiber laser cutting WMT-1325 berbasis Web e-learning pada Program Teaching Factory di SMKN 1 Jakarta, serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan efektivitasnya sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan bahan ajar yang sistematis terkait prosedur pengoperasian, perawatan, dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada pembelajaran mesin fiber laser cutting, sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan mengingat prosedur kerja secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data kebutuhan diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap guru dan siswa Teaching Factory. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa Manual book berbasis Web yang memuat lima bab, yaitu pengenalan mesin, K3, set up mesin, pengoperasian, perawatan dasar, serta asesmen, dan dikembangkan menggunakan Canva, CypCut, dan Google Form. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan persentase kevalidan sebesar 88% dengan kategori "Sangat Valid", sedangkan validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 82% dengan kategori "Sangat Valid". Hasil uji coba produk kepada delapan siswa Teaching Factory menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 84% dengan kategori "Sangat Layak". Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manual book Fiber laser cutting Berbasis Web yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid dan efektif digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran Teaching Factory di SMKN 1 Jakarta.***** This research aims to develop a Web-based e-learning Fiber laser cutting WMT 1325 Manual book as a learning medium for the Teaching Factory Program at SMKN 1 Jakarta, and to determine its level of feasibility and effectiveness. The study was motivated by the lack of systematic teaching materials covering operating procedures, maintenance, and occupational health and safety (K3) in fiber laser cutting instruction, which made it difficult for students to independently understand and retain the required work procedures. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Needs data were obtained through interviews and observations of teachers and students involved in the Teaching Factory program. The resulting product is a Web-based Manual book comprising five chapters — machine introduction, occupational health and safety, machine set-up, operation, basic maintenance, and assessment — developed using Canva, CypCut, and Google Form. The material expert validation produced a validity percentage of 88%, categorized as "Highly Valid," while the media expert validation produced 82%, also categorized as "Highly Valid." A trial involving eight Teaching Factory students yielded a feasibility percentage of 84%, categorized as "Highly Feasible." It can therefore be concluded that the developed Web-based Fiber laser cutting Manual book is highly valid and effective in supporting Teaching Factory learning at SMKN 1 Jakarta.
