Abstract

Kebutuhan air bersih yang terus meningkat mendorong pentingnya penerapan konservasi air pada bangunan gedung, khususnya gedung yang mengusung konsep green building. Gedung Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) Universitas Negeri Jakarta tower 1A dan 1B yang merupakan salah satu gedung dirancang dengan konsep tersebut, namun implementasi konservasi airnya belum pernah dievaluasi secara komperehensif berdasarkan Greenship Existing Building V.1.1. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi konservasi air pada Gedung SFD tower 1A dan 1B berdasarkan kategori Water Conservation (WAC) Greenship Existing Building V.1.1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi yang disusun berdasarkan indikator WAC dan dianalisis menggunakan metode skoring sesuai ketentuan Greenship. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi konservasi air pada Gedung SFD Tower 1A dan Tower 1B memperoleh 4 dari total 20 poin (20%), sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat kurang. Kedua tower telah memenuhi prasyarat Water Management Policy (WAC P) serta memperoleh poin pada indikator Water Sub-metering (WAC 1), Water Monitoring Control (WAC 2), dan Deep Well Reduction (WAC 7). Sementara itu, indikator Fresh Water Efficiency (WAC 3), Water Quality (WAC 4), Recycled Water (WAC 5), Potable Water (WAC 6), dan Water Tap Efficiency (WAC 8) belum memenuhi persyaratan Greenship Existing Building Versi 1.1. Meskipun demikian, kedua tower telah memiliki infrastruktur pendukung konservasi air, seperti Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) dan sistem Reverse Osmosis (RO), yang berpotensi dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan implementasi konservasi air di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: Konservasi Air, Bangunan Hijau, Greenship Existing Building V.1.1. ***** The increasing need for clean water encourages the importance of preserving the air environment in buildings, especially buildings that carry the green building concept. The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) Building, Jakarta State University, tower 1A and 1B, is one of the buildings designed with this concept, but its water conservation implementation has never been comprehensively evaluated based on Greenship Existing Building V.1.1. This study aims to analyze the implementation of air conservation in the SFD Building, tower 1A and 1B based on the Water Conservation (WAC) category of Greenship Existing Building V.1.1. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument is an observation sheet compiled based on the WAC indicator and analyzed using a scoring method according to Greenship provisions. The results of the study show that the implementation of air conservation in the SFD Building, Tower 1A and Tower 1B obtained 4 out of a total of 20 points (20%), so it is included in the very poor category. The second tower has met the Water Management Policy (WAC P) requirements and obtained points on the Water Sub-metering (WAC 1), Water Monitoring Control (WAC 2), and Deep Well Reduction (WAC 7) indicators. Meanwhile, the Fresh Water Efficiency (WAC 3), Water Quality (WAC 4), Recycled Water (WAC 5), Potable Water (WAC 6), and Water Tap Efficiency (WAC 8) indicators have not met the Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 requirements. Nevertheless, both towers have air conservation support infrastructure, such as Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, which have the potential to be optimized to improve the implementation of air conservation in the future.
