Abstract

Penelitian tujuannya menganalisis pengaruh peran teknologi, literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian memanfaaktkan metode kuantitatif data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner berskala Likert empat poin. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan memanfaatkan teknik non-probability sampling metode purposive sampling. Sebelum distribusi kuesioner utama, dilaksanakan pre-test terhadap 30 responden guna menguji instrumen penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test, sebanyak enam butir pernyataan dieliminasi sehingga instrumen final didistribusikan ke 200 responden. Data dianalisis memanfaatkan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan melihatkan peran teknologi, literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Temuan menguatkan teori Resource-Based View (RBV) mengenai utamanya pemanfaatan sumber daya strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. ***** The goal is to investigate how Bekasi City's Micro, Small, Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) perform in relation to technology, financial literacy, and financial inclusion. A four-point Likert-scale questionnaire was utilized to gather primary data for a quantitative approach. The sample was selected utilizing non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Thirty respondents participated in a pre-test to assess the research instrument before the main survey. Based on the pre-test results, six questionnaire items were eliminated, and the final instrument was subsequently distributed to 200 respondents. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 was utilized to analyse the data. This outcomes indicate that technology, financial literacy, financial inclusion have a positive significant affect on MSME performance. These outcomes support the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory by emphasizing the importance of strategic resources in enhancing MSME performance.
