Abstract
Indonesia memiliki tingkat aktivitas seismik yang tinggi sehingga diperlukan evaluasi kerentanan aset bangunan sebagai bagian dari upaya mitigasi bencana, namun modul teknis survei kerentanan bangunan yang mengacu pada ASCE 41-17 masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam penjelasan konseptual, sistematika penyajian materi, dan kemudahan penggunaan, khususnya pada materi struktur rangka beton (C1). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul Asesmen Struktur Rangka Beton (C1) untuk Kerentanan Aset Bangunan yang bersifat aplikatif, kontekstual, dan berbasis digital dengan metode Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. E-modul dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan diintegrasikan ke dalam Learning Management System (LMS), kemudian divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, serta diuji coba kepada lima peserta pelatihan survei kerentanan bangunan tahap kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori sangat layak berdasarkan validasi ahli materi sebesar 83,9%, ahli media sebesar 81,9%, ahli bahasa sebesar 93,1%, dan pengguna sebesar 90,5%, serta memiliki tingkat efektivitas tinggi dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,714, sehingga e-modul ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap konsep dan prosedur asesmen kerentanan struktur rangka beton sesuai ASCE 41-17 Tier 1 dan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pendukung dalam pelatihan dan pembelajaran survei kerentanan bangunan. Demikian, e-modul ini layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pendukung dalam pelatihan dan pembelajaran survei kerentanan bangunan. ***** Indonesia has a high level of seismic activity, requiring the evaluation of building asset vulnerability as part of disaster mitigation efforts; however, the technical modules for building vulnerability surveys based on ASCE 41-17 still have limitations in terms of conceptual explanation, systematic presentation of materials, and ease of use, particularly in the reinforced concrete frame structure (C1) material. This study aims to develop an applicative, contextual, and digitally based E-Module for the Assessment of Reinforced Concrete Frame Structures (C1) for Building Asset Vulnerability using a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. The e-module was developed using the Canva application and integrated into a Learning Management System (LMS), then validated by material experts, media experts, and language experts, and tested on five participants in the second phase of building vulnerability survey training. The results indicate that the developed e-module was categorized as highly feasible, based on validation scores from material experts 83.9%, media experts 81.9%, language experts 93.1%, and users 90.5%, and demonstrated high effectiveness with an N-Gain value of 0.714, indicating that the e-module effectively improves participants’ understanding of the concepts and procedures for assessing reinforced concrete frame structure vulnerability in accordance with ASCE 41-17 Tier 1 and is suitable for use as a supporting instructional material in building.
