Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan kerja guru honorer SMA di DKI Jakarta. Kepuasan kerja adalah perasaan individu mengenai pekerjaannya, yang menunjukkan sikap positif atau negatif terhadap berbagai aspek dalam lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 98 guru honorer SMA di DKI Jakarta sebagai responden. Instrumen penelitian mengukur kepuasan kerja berdasarkan lima dimensi, yaitu gaji, kondisi kerja, rekan kerja, promosi, dan pengawasan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat kepuasan kerja guru honorer SMA di DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai indeks rata-rata sebesar 90,24. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja guru honorer SMA di DKI Jakarta berada pada tingkat cukup baik.*****This study aims to analyze the level of job satisfaction among honorary high school teachers in DKI Jakarta. Job satisfaction is an individual’s feeling toward their job, which reflects a positive or negative attitude toward various aspects of the work environment. This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach involving 98 honorary high school teachers in DKI Jakarta as respondents. The research instrument measured job satisfaction based on five dimensions, namely salary, working conditions, coworkers, promotion, and supervision. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to obtain an overview of the level of job satisfaction among honorary high school teachers in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that the overall level of job satisfaction was in the high category, with an average index score of 90.24. These findings indicate that the job satisfaction of honorary high school teachers in DKI Jakarta is at a fairly good level.
