Abstract
Kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan struktur kolom bangunan gedung memiliki berbagai potensi bahaya yang perlu diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dokumen analisis risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada pekerjaan struktur kolom menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) serta mengembangkan website sebagai media penyusunan dan pengelolaan dokumen FMEA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Data FMEA disusun melalui literature review terhadap artikel ilmiah yang relevan mengenai aktivitas pekerjaan struktur kolom, potensi bahaya, dampak, penyebab, pengendalian, serta penilaian Severity, Occurrence, dan Detection. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 98 potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan penentuan Action Priority (AP), terdapat 26 risiko berkategori High, 27 risiko berkategori Medium, dan 45 risiko berkategori Low. Hasil analisis kemudian digunakan untuk menyusun rekomendasi pengendalian risiko berdasarkan prinsip Hierarchy of Controls. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa website FMEA K3 System yang mendukung pembuatan dan pengelolaan dokumen FMEA, input data risiko, penilaian Severity, Occurrence, dan Detection, perhitungan Risk Priority Number (RPN), penentuan AP, penyajian tabel dan grafik, serta keluaran laporan digital dalam format PDF. Berdasarkan validasi ahli K3 dan ahli Teknologi Informasi, produk telah diperbaiki sesuai masukan validator dan dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pengelolaan risiko K3 pada pekerjaan struktur kolom secara lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi. ***** Occupational accidents in building construction, particularly in column structural work, involve various potential hazards that need to be properly identified and controlled. This study aimed to produce an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risk analysis document for column structural work using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and to develop a website for preparing and managing FMEA documents. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. FMEA data were developed through a literature review of relevant scientific articles concerning column structural work activities, potential hazards, effects, causes, controls, and Severity, Occurrence, and Detection assessments. The results identified 98 potential occupational accident risks. Based on the Action Priority (AP) classification, 26 risks were categorized as High, 27 as Medium, and 45 as Low. The analysis results were then used to formulate risk-control recommendations based on the Hierarchy of Controls principles. The resulting product was the FMEA K3 System website, which supports the creation and management of FMEA documents, risk-data input, Severity, Occurrence, and Detection assessments, Risk Priority Number (RPN) calculation, AP determination, table and chart presentation, and digital report generation in PDF format. Based on validation by OHS and Information Technology experts, the product was improved according to the validators’ feedback and can be used to support more structured and documented OHS risk management in column structural work.
