Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rigid perfectionism, self-critical perfectionism, dan narcissistic perfectionism terhadap burnout pada pekerja di sektor industri kreatif di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimental dan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 230 pekerja berusia minimal 18 tahun yang bekerja pada salah satu dari 16 subsektor industri kreatif menjadi partisipan penelitian melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Big Three Perfectionism Scale (BTPS) dan Burnout Assessment Tool versi 12 item (BAT-12) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rigid perfectionism, self-critical perfectionism, dan narcissistic perfectionism secara simultan signifikan dalam memprediksi burnout, F(3,226) = 98,5, p < 0,001, R² = 0,567. Secara parsial, self-critical perfectionism menunjukkan koefisien positif terbesar dalam model (B = 0,534; β = 0,519; p < 0,001), diikuti oleh narcissistic perfectionism (B = 0,357; β = 0,408; p < 0,001). Sementara itu, rigid perfectionism menunjukkan koefisien negatif setelah kedua dimensi lainnya dikendalikan (B = −0,137; β = −0,129; p = 0,043), meskipun secara bivariat berkorelasi positif dengan burnout. Pola tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar-dimensi perfectionism perlu diperhatikan dalam menginterpretasikan kontribusi masing-masing prediktor. Mengingat desain penelitian bersifat cross-sectional, hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan prediktif secara statistik dan tidak dapat digunakan untuk memastikan hubungan sebab-akibat. A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional design was employed. The sample consisted of 230 workers aged 18 years or older from 16 creative industry subsectors, recruited using purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Indonesian-adapted Big Three Perfectionism Scale (BTPS) and the 12-item Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT-12) and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The overall model significantly predicted burnout, F(3,226) = 98.5, p < .001, R² = .567. Self-critical perfectionism showed the largest positive standardized coefficient in the model (B = .534, β = .519, p < .001), followed by narcissistic perfectionism (B = .357, β = .408, p < .001). Rigid perfectionism showed a negative coefficient after the other two dimensions were controlled (B = −.137, β = −.129, p = .043), despite having a positive bivariate correlation with burnout. This pattern highlights the importance of considering overlap among dimensions of perfectionism when interpreting their unique associations with burnout. Given the cross-sectional design, the findings represent statistical predictive associations and should not be interpreted as evidence of causal relationships.
