Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Upskilling dan Reskilling serta Tacit Knowledge Sharing terhadap Kinerja Guru pada guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas guru dari 11 SMK Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 38 guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan upskilling dan reskilling sebagai responden penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Upskilling dan Reskilling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru maupun Tacit Knowledge Sharing. Selain itu, Tacit Knowledge Sharing juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sebesar 77,2% variasi Kinerja Guru. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan dan budaya berbagi pengetahuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Upskilling dan Reskilling, Tacit Knowledge Sharing, Kinerja Guru, SMK Negeri ***** This study aimed to examine the influence of Upskilling and Reskilling Training and Tacit Knowledge Sharing on Teacher Performance among teachers of public vocational high schools (SMK Negeri) in West Jakarta. A quantitative research approach with a survey method was employed. The study population consisted of teachers from 11 public vocational high schools in West Jakarta. Using purposive sampling, 38 teachers who had participated in upskilling and reskilling training were selected as research respondents. Data was collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS. The findings revealed that Upskilling and Reskilling Training had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance and Tacit Knowledge Sharing. Tacit Knowledge Sharing also positively and significantly influenced Teacher Performance. Furthermore, both independent variables simultaneously explained 77.2% of the variance in Teacher Performance. The study highlights the importance of continuous professional development and knowledge-sharing practices in enhancing teachers' performance.
