Prasetyo Ady Nugroho Putra (2026). Analisis Faktor Penyebab Kerusakan pada Gedumh Restoran Apung Muara Angke di DKI Jakarta, Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Gedung Restoran Apung Muara Angke merupakan salah satu bangunan yang berada di kawasan pesisir DKI Jakarta dan memiliki karakteristik lingkungan yang berpotensi mempercepat terjadinya kerusakan bangunan. Paparan udara laut yang mengandung garam, kelembapan tinggi, serta faktor operasional dan pemeliharaan bangunan dapat memengaruhi kondisi fisik bangunan dari waktu ke waktu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan pada Gedung Restoran Apung Muara Angke di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif ***** Prasetyo Ady Nugroho Putra (2026). Analysis of the Factors Causing Damage to the Muara Angke Floating Restaurant Building in DKI Jakarta, Building Engineering Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The Restoran Apung Muara Angke Building in Jakarta is one of the buildings located in a coastal area and is exposed to environmental conditions that may accelerate building deterioration. Exposure to salt-laden sea air, high humidity, and operational and maintenance factors can affect the physical condition of the building over time. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors causing damage to the Restoran Apung Muara Angke Building in Jakarta. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through field observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants selected using purposive sampling. The research informants consisted of a construction expert, a representative from the relevant government agency, and the building management. Data were analyzed through the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results indicate that the damage to the Restoran Apung Muara Angke Building is influenced by three main factors: coastal environmental factors, material and construction factors, and operational and maintenance factors. Coastal environmental factors were found to be the most dominant, as high salt content in the air, humidity, and weather exposure accelerate corrosion and material degradation. In addition, the use of materials that are not fully suitable for marine environments and inadequate maintenance practices further contribute to the deterioration of various building components. These three factors are interrelated and collectively contribute to the overall decline in the building's condition. In conclusion, the damage to the Restoran Apung Muara Angke Building is caused by the interaction of coastal environmental conditions, material and construction quality, and building maintenance practices, with coastal environmental factors being the dominant cause.
