Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Atas Aset Terpadu (SIAKMAS) berbasis website pada Masjid Nurul I'tishom Bekasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, diketahui bahwa pengelolaan kas masuk, kas keluar, inventaris aset, dan penyampaian informasi kepada jamaah masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan media informasi yang terpisah sehingga proses administrasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan metode Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) dan dibatasi hingga tahap Physical Design. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan menggunakan metode PIECES, sedangkan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian berupa prototype SIAKMAS berbasis website yang dirancang menggunakan Figma dan dipublikasikan melalui Netlify. Prototype yang dihasilkan meliputi halaman informasi jamaah, dashboard administrator, pengelolaan kas masuk, kas keluar, inventaris aset, serta manajemen pengguna. Prototype ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan sistem untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan, aset, dan penyampaian informasi masjid secara lebih efektif, transparan, dan terintegrasi. ***** The development of an Integrated Accounting and Asset Information System (SIAKMAS) for Nurul I'tishom Mosque, Bekasi, is proposed to address the limitations of the current administrative process. Based on observations and interviews, the management of cash receipts, cash disbursements, asset inventories, and information dissemination to the congregation is still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and separate information media, resulting in inefficient administrative processes. This research adopted the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) method, limited to the Physical Design stage. System requirements were analyzed using the PIECES framework, while the system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The outcome of this research is a web-based SIAKMAS prototype designed with Figma and published through Netlify. The prototype includes congregation information pages, an administrator dashboard, cash receipt management, cash disbursement management, asset inventory management, and user management. The proposed prototype is expected to serve as a reference for future system development to support more effective, transparent, and integrated financial management, asset management, and information dissemination in the mosque
