Abstract

Keterbatasan lahan parkir merupakan permasalahan penting yang harus diatasi dalam pengelolaan sarana transportasi kampus, khususnya di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta, di mana kapasitas parkir eksisting hanya 616 Satuan Ruang Parkir (SRP) sementara kebutuhan aktual mencapai 995 SRP, sehingga terjadi defisit 379 SRP dan overcapacity pada jam sibuk. Namun, keterbatasan lahan horizontal membuat perluasan parkir sulit diterapkan, sehingga diperlukan alternatif desain yang lebih efisien dalam pemanfaatan ruang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan rancangan desain parkir vertikal yang mampu mengatasi keterbatasan kapasitas sekaligus mendukung prinsip keberlanjutan sesuai indikator Transportation UI GreenMetric. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), dengan instrumen lembar validasi ahli berskala Likert yang divalidasi oleh enam ahli, terdiri atas tiga ahli desain dan tiga ahli bangunan hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan mampu mengoptimalkan lahan seluas ±2.034 m². Hasil validasi Aiken's V menunjukkan aspek desain berada pada kategori Valid (rata-rata 0,686) dan aspek keberlanjutan pada kategori Sangat Valid (rata-rata 0,808). Indikator tertinggi pada aspek desain adalah sistem keselamatan pengguna, sedangkan pada aspek keberlanjutan adalah pengelolaan limbah padat dan energi terbarukan, sementara indikator terendah adalah pemenuhan kapasitas parkir. Secara keseluruhan, rancangan ini dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif solusi pengembangan fasilitas parkir di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, terutama pada aspek keamanan dan keberlanjutan, meskipun penguatan pada aspek pemenuhan kapasitas dan detail teknis tertentu masih diperlukan. Since horizontal expansion is not feasible due to land constraints, this study aims to develop a vertical parking design that addresses capacity limitations while supporting sustainability principles in line with the Transportation UI GreenMetric indicators. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), with an expert validation sheet using a Likert scale as the instrument, validated by six experts consisting of three design experts and three green building experts. The results show that the design optimizes approximately 2,034 m² of land, with Aiken's V validation indicating that the design aspect falls into the Valid category (average of 0.686) and the sustainability aspect into the Very Valid category (average of 0.808). The highest-scoring indicator in the design aspect was the user safety system, while in the sustainability aspect, the highest-scoring indicators were solid waste management and renewable energy, whereas the lowest-scoring indicator was parking capacity fulfillment. Overall, this design is deemed feasible as an alternative solution for developing parking facilities at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, particularly in terms of safety and sustainability, though further improvement in capacity fulfillment and certain technical details is still needed.
