Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dengan tema Memperluas Kawasan Konservasi Laut di Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Produk multimedia interaktif ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel yang terdiri atas empat tahapan, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Adapun teknik evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah evaluasi pengguna (small group). Hasil memperoleh skor rata-rata sebagai berikut: ahli materi sebesar 3,55 (Sangat Baik) dan ahli media sebesar 3,43 (Sangat Baik). Hasil uji coba small group menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek penilaian memperoleh kategori Sangat Baik, yaitu Technical Quality sebesar 3,87, Usability 3,62, Elemen Media Tekstual dan Visual 3,58, Elemen Media Audio 3,62, Interaktivitas 3,43, Pedagogik Pembelajaran 3,37, Standar Isi 3,57, dan Minat Pengguna 3,62. Selain itu, hasil field test memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,61 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 dinyatakan sangat baik sebagai media literasi digital mengenai perluasan kawasan konservasi laut bagi masyarakat umum. ***** This development research aims to produce an interactive learning multimedia with the theme Expanding Marine Conservation Areas at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The interactive learning multimedia was developed using the 4D development model proposed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel, which consists of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The evaluation technique used in this development research was formative evaluation consisting of expert review and user evaluation (small group). The results of the expert review showed that the material expert obtained an average score of 3.55 (Very Good), while the media expert obtained an average score of 3.43 (Very Good). The results of the small group evaluation indicated that all assessment aspects were categorized as Very Good, with the following average scores: Technical Quality (3.87), Usability (3.62), Textual and Visual Media Elements (3.58), Audio Media Elements (3.62), Interactivity (3.43), Learning Pedagogy (3.37), Content Standards (3.57), and User Interest (3.62). Furthermore, the field-test results yielded an average score of (3.61), which was also categorized as Excellent. Based on these results, the Articulate Storyline 3-based interactive learning multimedia was considered very good and feasible to be used as a digital literacy medium for disseminating information on the expansion of marine conservation areas to the general public.
