Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website eksplorasi karier agar dapat memfasilitasi proses eksplorasi karier murid di SMAN 36 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model instruksional ADDIE. Pada tahap analisis, peneliti melakukan studi literatur terhadap website serupa dan menggunakan kuesioner analisis kebutuhan yang telah dimodifikasi dari metode Webqual 4.0 untuk menggali informasi berkaitan dengan website eksplorasi karier seperti apa yang dibutuhkan oleh sasaran pengguna. Hasil analisis kebutuhan tersebut dijadikan sebagai acuan pada tahap kedua, yaitu tahap desain untuk membuat rancangan desain dan konten yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pada tahap pengembangan, rancangan awal yang telah dibuat sebelumnya, seperti storyboard, content plan, dan flowchart direalisasikan ke dalam platform Wix sebagai media pengembangan website. Setelah itu, website yang telah dikembangkan melalui proses validasi ahli oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Proses validasi ahli menggunakan kuesioner penilaian ahli yang mengacu pada kriteria evaluasi media pembelajaran Walker dan Hess. Hasil penilaian ahli menunjukan bahwa website yang telah dikembangkan memperoleh nilai 80% dari ahli materi dan 73% dari ahli media dengan interpretasi layak, yang berarti memenuhi kriteria kelayakan teoretis (substansi konten dan fungsionalitas media). Pada tahap berikutnya, peneliti melakukan uji coba terbatas pada sasaran pengguna untuk melihat penerapannya secara langsung. Pada tahap evaluasi, uji usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 83,6 (kategori Acceptable, grade B, predikat Luar Biasa) yang mengindikasikan tingkat kebergunaan yang tinggi dan mudah dioperasikan. Dengan begitu, website KarierKu dapat menjadi pilihan media interaktif dalam memfasilitasi proses eskplorasi karier murid. ******** This study aims to develop a career exploration website to facilitate the career exploration process for students at SMAN 36 Jakarta. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) based on the ADDIE instructional model. During the analysis phase, the researcher conducted a literature review of similar websites and used a needs analysis questionnaire—modified from the Webqual 4.0 method— to gather information regarding the type of career exploration website required by the target users. The results of this needs analysis served as a reference for the second phase, the design phase, to create a design and content plan aligned with those needs. During the development phase, the preliminary designs created earlier—such as storyboards, content plans, and flowcharts—were implemented on the Wix platform as the website development medium. Subsequently, the developed website underwent expert validation by media experts and content experts. The expert validation process utilized an expert evaluation questionnaire based on Walker and Hess’s educational media evaluation criteria. The expert assessment results showed that the developed website received a score of 80% from the content expert and 73% from the media expert, with an interpretation of “acceptable,” meaning it met the theoretical feasibility criteria (content substance and media functionality). In the next stage, the researchers conducted a limited pilot test with the target users to observe its application firsthand. During the evaluation phase, the usability test using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 83.6 (Acceptable category, grade B, “Excellent” rating), indicating a high level of usability and ease of operation. Thus, the KarierKu website can serve as an interactive medium to facilitate students’ career exploration process.
