Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pendukung pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja pada proyek bangunan gedung. Pengembangan dilakukan untuk membantu proses identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, penentuan pengendalian risiko, dokumentasi evidensi, serta pemantauan hasil analisis keselamatan kerja secara lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Pada tahap pengembangan, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan alur sistem dan basis data, pengembangan aplikasi, serta pengujian dan validasi produk. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Laragon sebagai server lokal, PHP dan MySQL sebagai teknologi backend, serta HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript sebagai teknologi frontend. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) berbasis website yang menyediakan fitur pengelolaan data proyek, tahapan pekerjaan, identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, pengendalian risiko, dokumentasi foto, pengecekan APD, serta monitoring dan rekapitulasi hasil CSA. Aplikasi dirancang untuk mendukung pengguna dalam melakukan proses CSA mulai dari identifikasi bahaya hingga pemantauan tindak lanjut hasil pengendalian. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa produk CSA dinyatakan layak digunakan dengan catatan revisi. Beberapa masukan yang diberikan meliputi penyesuaian format CSA berdasarkan Permen PUPR No. 10 Tahun 2021, penambahan APD, penilaian tingkat risiko, serta penambahan penilaian sisa risiko. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) berbasis website dapat digunakan sebagai media pendukung dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja pada proyek bangunan gedung melalui proses identifikasi bahaya, penilaian dan pengendalian risiko, dokumentasi, serta monitoring keselamatan kerja. ***** This study aims to develop a website-based Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) application that can be used as a supporting medium for implementing occupational safety on building construction projects. The application was developed to assist in the processes of hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control determination, evidence documentation, and monitoring of occupational safety analysis results in a more structured and documented manner. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The development process included identifying user requirements, designing the system workflow and database, developing the application, and conducting product testing and validation. The application was developed using Laragon as a local server, PHP and MySQL for the backend, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend. The results of the study include a website-based Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) application equipped with features for project data management, work-stage management, hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control, photo documentation, personal protective equipment (PPE) checking, as well as CSA monitoring and result recapitulation. The application is designed to support users throughout the CSA process, from hazard identification to monitoring the follow up of risk control measures. The validation results showed that the CSA product was feasible for use with revisions. The suggestions provided included adjustments to the CSA format based on Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 10 of 2021, the addition of PPE, risk-level assessment, and residual risk assessment. Based on the research results, the website-based Construction Safety Analysis (CSA) can be used as a supporting medium for implementing occupational safety on building construction projects through hazard identification, risk assessment and control, documentation, and safety monitoring.
