Abstract
Telah dilakukan analisis pengaruh variasi temperatur sintering terhadap morfologi, densitas dan daya serap pada keramik berpori dengan suhu sintering yang berbeda setiap sampelnya. Sampel disintering dengan temperatur 700℃, 800 4 o C, 900 o C, 1000 o C selama 1 jam. Sampel dianalisis morfologinya menggunakan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Selanjutnya sampel dianalisis hasil nilai pengukuran densitasnya, nilai uji debit air dan hasil uji daya serap. Dari data hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai uji densitas sebesar 2,001-2,147 g/cm 3 , nilai uji debit air sebesar 2,2 x 10 -5 -8 x 10 -6 dm 3 /s, nilai uji daya serap sebesar 42,04-33,93%. Oleh karena itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa semakin besar suhu sintering maka semakin besar pula nilai densitasnya. Akan tetapi, berbanding terbalik dengan daya serap dan debit air dimana semakin besar suhu sintering maka semakin kecil pula daya serap dan debit airnya.***An analysis of the effect of sintering temperature variations on the morphology, density and absorption capacity of porous ceramics has been carried out with different sintering temperatures for each sample. The samples were sintered at temperatures of 700℃, 800 o C, 900 o C, 1000 5 o C for 1 hour. The morphology of the samples was analyzed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Furthermore, the samples were analyzed for the results of their density measurement values, water discharge test values and absorption test results. From the research data, the density test value was obtained at 2.001-2.147 g/cm 3 , the water discharge test value at 2.2 x 10-5-8 x 10-6 dm 3 /s, and the absorption test value at 42.04-33.93%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the sintering temperature, the higher the density value. However, it is inversely proportional to the water absorption and discharge capacity, where the greater the sintering temperature, the smaller the water absorption and discharge capacity.
