Abstract

Sistem yang digunakan secara terus-menerus akan mengalami degradasi sehingga meningkatkan risiko kegagalan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan perawatan preventif yang dapat meminimalkan total biaya perawatan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui cara memperoleh interval perawatan preventif optimal yang menghasilkan nilai harapan (mean) total biaya perawatan sistem minimum pada interval waktu [0,t]. Proses degradasi dimodelkan menggunakan proses linear dengan komponen galat acak berdistribusi uniform, sedangkan proses perawatan dimodelkan sebagai proses renewal. Nilai harapan total biaya perawatan diperoleh menggunakan pendekatan renewal reward, kemudian dilakukan transformasi Laplace dan invers transformasi Laplace secara numerik untuk memperoleh interval perawatan preventif optimal. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang digunakan dapat menentukan interval perawatan preventif yang menghasilkan mean total biaya perawatan minimum. Selain itu, simulasi untuk analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik proses degradasi memengaruhi interval perawatan preventif yang diperoleh, perubahan rasio biaya perawatan memengaruhi besarnya mean total biaya perawatan, sedangkan perubahan jumlah partisi pada pendekatan numerik tidak memengaruhi hasil optimasi yang diperoleh. ***** A system operating continuously will experience degradation, which increases the risk of failure. Therefore, an effective preventive maintenance policy is required to minimize the total maintenance cost. This study aims to identify the procedure for determining the optimal preventive maintenance interval that yields the minimum expected total maintenance cost over the time interval [0,t]. The degradation process is modeled using a linear process with a uniformly distributed random error component, while the maintenance process is modeled as a renewal process. The expected total maintenance cost is derived using the renewal reward approach, followed by the Laplace transform and numerical inverse Laplace transform to obtain the optimal preventive maintenance interval. The simulation results show that the proposed approach can determine the preventive maintenance interval that yields the minimum expected total maintenance cost. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis demonstrates that the characteristics of the degradation process affect the resulting preventive maintenance interval, changes in the maintenance cost ratio influence the magnitude of the expected total maintenance cost, whereas changes in the number of partitions used in the numerical approach don’t affect the optimazation results.
