Abstract

Pengelolaan air hujan yang belum optimal pada bangunan gedung menyebabkan potensi air hujan belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sebagai sumber air alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Green Roof yang terintegrasi dengan Rainwater Harvesting System pada Gedung Yogya Mall Cimanggu sebagai solusi pengelolaan air hujan berkelanjutan serta menghasilkan video animasi sebagai media visualisasi sistem yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Perancangan dilakukan melalui penentuan area Green Roof, perhitungan potensi air hujan, perancangan Rainwater Harvesting System, serta integrasi kedua sistem. Produk penelitian divisualisasikan dalam bentuk video animasi menggunakan Autodesk Revit, Twinmotion, dan Adobe Premiere Pro. Kelayakan produk dinilai oleh validator ahli metode dan ahli media menggunakan instrumen validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas area Green Roof yang dirancang sebesar 1.909 m² dengan potensi air hujan yang dapat ditangkap sebesar 5.096,51 m³/tahun. Sistem yang dirancang terdiri atas Green Roof, tangki penyimpanan berkapasitas 18,9 m³, pompa, jaringan perpipaan, dan sprinkler. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa metode Green Roof yang terintegrasi dengan Rainwater Harvesting System serta video animasi yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan. (*****) Suboptimal rainwater management in buildings means that rainwater is not being fully utilized as an alternative water source. This study aims to design a green roof integrated with a rainwater harvesting system at the Yogya Mall Cimanggu building as a sustainable rainwater management solution and to produce an animated video to visualize the developed system. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D development model, which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The design process involved determining the Green Roof area, calculating rainwater potential, designing the Rainwater Harvesting System, and integrating the two systems. The research product was visualized in the form of an animated video using Autodesk Revit, Twinmotion, and Adobe Premiere Pro. The feasibility of the product was assessed by expert validators in methodology and media using validation instruments. The research results show that the designed green roof area is 1,909 m² with a potential rainwater capture capacity of 5,096.51 m³/year. The designed system consists of a green roof, a storage tank with a capacity of 18.9 m³, a pump, a piping network, and sprinklers. Validation results indicate that the Green Roof method integrated with the Rainwater Harvesting System, as well as the animated video developed, are deemed suitable for use.
