Abstract

Industri konstruksi memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, sehingga memerlukan pengawasan harian yang ketat melalui Pwngawasan Keselamatan Harian. Namun, pelaksanaan Pengawasan Keselamatan Harian pada Proyek Pembangunan Yogya Junction Kota Baru Parahyangan masih menggunakan sistem yang dilakukan dengan banyak tahapan memicu terjadinya human error. Masalah utama yang ditemukan adalah ketidaksinkronan data antara laporan harian dan bulanan akibat proses double entry yang rawan kesalahan penyalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen digital Pengawasan Keselamatan Harian berbasis website yang mampu menjamin integritas data dan mempercepat alur informasi keselamatan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Sistem dibangun menggunakan arsitektur fullstack dengan framework Spring Boot pada sisi backend dan Vue.js pada sisi frontend, serta PostgreSQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Instrumen digital ini mencakup 12 kategori pengawasan K3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan validasi ahli materi K3 dan ahli programmer. Website Pengawasan Keselamatan Harian berhasil memitigasi risiko kesalahan input melalui fitur validasi otomatis dan unggah foto bukti temuan secara real-time. Implementasi sistem ini mampu menghilangkan tahapan rekapitulasi manual dan menyajikan visualisasi trend risiko melalui dashboard, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen yang lebih akurat demi tercapainya target zero accident. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Pengawasan Keselamatan Harian, K3 Konstruksi, Website. ***** The construction industry carries a high risk of workplace accidents, requiring stringent daily monitoring through Daily Safety Patrols. However, the implementation of Daily Safety Patrol at the Yogya Junction Kota Baru Parahyangan Project still relies on a manual paper-based system, leading to inefficiencies and human errors. The primary issue identified is data discrepancy between daily and monthly reports due to slow double-entry processes and transcription errors. This research aims to develop a website-based digital Daily Safety Patrol instrument capable of ensuring data integrity and accelerating the flow of safety information. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The system is built using a fullstack architecture with the Spring Boot (Java) framework on the backend, Vue.js (TypeScript) on the frontend, and PostgreSQL as the database management system. This digital instrument covers 14 OSH monitoring categories referring to Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 5 of 2018. The results show that the developed system is declared feasible based on validation by OSH subject matter experts and IT media experts. The Daily Safety Patrol website successfully mitigates input error risks through automatic validation features and real-time photo evidence uploads. The implementation of this system eliminates manual recapitulation stages and provides risk trend visualization through an interactive dashboard, thereby supporting accurate management decision-making to achieve the zero-accident target.
