Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of lecturer performance through evaluating lecturer pedagogical competency performance in learning held at the Faculty of Education and Education Science of the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The method used is based on evaluation research, with a goal-oriented evaluation model, data collected through a questionnaire in the form of pedagogical competency performance evaluation format. The sample was chosen as the subject of VII semester students (seven) to assess 20 lecturers in learning in class with the aim of obtaining learning planning information; know the implementation of learning; and analyzing the results of the learning process evaluation. The results showed that,: (1) learning planning of lecturer pedagogical competency performance with good criteria by 65%; (2) the implementation of lecturer pedagogical competence learning with good criteria by 54%; and (3) evaluation of the results of the pedagogical competency learning process with a good criterion by 67%. These results indicate that the performance of lecturer pedagogical competencies is performed well. Therefore, lecturer pedagogical competency performance based on evaluation of goal orientation shows good results, so that this activity can be continued in each semester. *********** ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas kinerja dosen melalui evaluasi kinerja kompetensi pedagogik dosen dalam pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. Metode yang digunakan berdasarkan penelitian evaluasi, dengan model evaluasi berorientasi tujuan (goals oriented evaluation model), data dikumpulkan melalui angket berupa format penilaian kinerja kompetensi pedagogik. Sampel dipilih sebagai subjek mahasiswa semester VII (tujuh) untuk menilai 20 orang dosen dalam pembelajaran di kelas dengan tujuan memperoleh informasi perencanaan pembelajaran; mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran; dan menganalisis evaluasi hasil proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran kinerja kompetensi pedagogik dosen dengan kriteria baik sebesar 65%; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran kompetensi pedagogik dosen dengan kriteria baik sebesar 54%; dan (3) evaluasi hasil proses pembelajaran kompetensi pedagogik dengan kriteria baik sebesar 67%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja kompetensi pedagogik dosen dilakukan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, kinerja kompetensi pedagogik dosen berdasarkan evaluasi orientasi tujuan menunjukkan dengan hasil baik, sehingga kegiatan ini dapat dilanjutkan pada setiap semester.
