Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di SDN Kebon Baru 07 Jakarta Selatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan perbaikan program. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan Penanggung Jawab MBG, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, serta perwakilan guru dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program meliputi sosialisasi, pendataan peserta didik, kerja sama dengan Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), dan pembentukan struktur pelaksana. Pelaksanaan program mencakup penerimaan, pengujian, distribusi, konsumsi, serta pengumpulan wadah makanan, disertai penyesuaian seperti penggunaan rak ompreng dan mekanisme selama Ramadan. Kendala berupa keterlambatan distribusi dan kesesuaian menu ditangani melalui evaluasi dan koordinasi dengan SPPG. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi MBG sekolah menunjukkan kesiapan dan komitmen, sedangkan kendala utama berada pada aspek penyelenggaraan di luar kewenangan sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi penyelenggara program MBG dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan program di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Kata kunci: Implementasi program, Makan Bergizi Gratis. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Program at SDN Kebon Baru 07 South Jakarta, focusing on program planning, implementation, and improvement. The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the MBG Program Coordinator, the Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs, and representatives of teachers and parents. The findings indicate that the planning stage included program socialization, student data collection, collaboration with the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi), and the establishment of an implementation committee through the Principal's Decree. The implementation phase included meal reception, quality inspection, distribution to students, meal consumption, and the collection of food containers, with operational adjustments such as the provision of dedicated storage racks for food containers and modified procedures during Ramadan. Challenges related to delayed meal distribution and menu suitability were addressed through regular evaluations and coordination with the SPPG. The study concludes that the implementation of the MBG Program demonstrated the school's readiness and strong commitment, while the primary challenges were associated with aspects of program administration beyond the school's authority. The findings are expected to provide valuable input for MBG program administrators in enhancing the effectiveness of program implementation at the school level.
