Abstract

Pengelolaan pelaporan keuangan pada organisasi nirlaba, khususnya gereja, memerlukan sistem yang efektif, efisien, dan transparan untuk menjamin penyajian informasi keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Di Gereja HKBP Kramat Jati, proses pencatatan laporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas dan sebagian menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Kondisi ini sering menyebabkan laporan keuangan tahunan menjadi tidak akurat dan sulit diprediksi, serta mengakibatkan penumpukan berkas yang menghambat proses penyusunan laporan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem yang mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara terintegrasi dan berbasis teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pelaporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran berbasis situs web di Gereja HKBP Kramat Jati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST). Terdapat delapan tahapan dalam metode FAST, namun dalam penelitian ini hanya digunakan empat tahapan hingga tahap desain konseptual sistem. Pada tahap analisis masalah, metode PIECES digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi pelaporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran berbasis situs web dapat membantu menjadikan pengelolaan keuangan gereja lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan transaksi, penyimpanan data, serta penyusunan laporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran yang terstruktur untuk periode tertentu. Sistem ini menjadikan pelaporan keuangan lebih cepat, akurat, dan transparan, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan jemaat terhadap pengelolaan dana gereja. ***** Financial reporting management in non-profit organizations, particularly churches, requires an effective, efficient, and transparent system to ensure accurate and timely presentation of financial information. At the HKBP Kramat Jati Church, the process of recording revenue and expenditure reports is still done manually using paper and some use Microsoft Excel. This condition often causes annual financial reports to be inaccurate, untimely, and results in a buildup of files that hinder the report preparation process. Therefore, a system is needed that can compile financial reports in an integrated manner and is based on information technology. This study aims to design a website-based revenue and expenditure reporting information system at the HKBP Kramat Jati Church. The research method used is a descriptive method with a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) model. There are eight stages in the FAST method, but in this study only four stages are used up to the conceptual design of the system. In the problem analysis stage, the PIECES method is used to identify system weaknesses. The results of the study indicate that the design of a website-based revenue and expenditure reporting information system can help make church financial management more effective and efficient. The system is designed to simplify the process of recording transactions, storing data, and preparing structured reports of income and expenditures over a specific period. This system makes financial reporting faster, more accurate, and more transparent, thereby increasing congregational trust in the management of church funds.
