Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video pembelajaran pada topik “Menangani Keluhan Muzakki” sebagai media pendukung pelatihan amil zakat di Pusdiklat BAZNAS RI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Produk yang dihasilkan berupa dua video berformat MP4 dengan durasi masing-masing 11 menit untuk materi konseptual dan 7 menit untuk simulasi praktik. Video ini mengintegrasikan format talking head untuk membangun kehadiran instruktur (instructor presence) serta simulasi sebagai pemodelan perilaku (behavior modeling) bagi peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi, Penilaian oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,33 terkategori Sangat Layak, sedangkan penilaian oleh ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 3,73 terkategori Sangat Layak. Pada tahap uji coba kelompok kecil (quantitative developmental testing) terhadap sembilan orang amil zakat, produk memperoleh skor rata-rata kumulatif sebesar 3,74 terkategori Sangat Layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, video pelatihan “Penanganan Keluhan Muzakki” dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai perangkat instruksional untuk membantu peserta memahami prosedur penanganan keluhan muzakki dalam pelatihan di lingkungan BAZNAS RI. ***** This development research aims to develop a training video media on the topic of “Handling Muzakki Complaints” as a supporting medium for zakat amil training at Pusdiklat BAZNAS RI. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The resulting product consists of two videos in MP4 format with a duration of 11 minutes for the conceptual material and 7 minutes for the practical simulation, respectively. The videos integrate the talking head format to build instructor presence as well as simulation as behavior modeling for participants. The evaluation results showed a very high level of feasibility. The assessment by the material expert obtained an average score of 3.33, categorized as Very Feasible, while the assessment by the media expert obtained a score of 3.73, categorized as Very Feasible. At the quantitative developmental testing stage involving nine zakat amil, the product obtained a cumulative average score of 3.74, categorized as Very Feasible. Based on these results, the “Handling Muzakki Complaints” training video was declared very feasible to be used as an instructional device to help participants understand the procedures for handling muzakki complaints in training at BAZNAS RI.
