Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kolega di SMK Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Waktu Penelitian selama 2 bulan terhitung mulai bulan Mei - Juni 2008. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional untuk mendapatkan data sampel sebanyak 171 siswa. Jumlah sampel diambil dari populasi terjangkau dari kelas X terdiri dari 5 kelas yaitu sebanyak 114 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Proporsional Random Sampling . Data variabel X(persepsi siswa terhadap pengelolaan kelas) diperoleh langsung menggunakan pengisian instrumen penelitian dengan bentuk skala Likert. Sedangkan data variabel Y(hasil belajar kolega) diperoleh dari daftar nilai akhir ulangan yang sudah di rata-ratakan untuk mata pelajaran kolega kelas X. Dari perhitungan uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan menggunakan uji Lilliefors pada taraf Signifikansi α = 0,05, diperoleh Lhitung(0,070) < Ltabel (0,083) maka galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung (39,44) > Ftabel (3,91) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model persamaan regresi berarti. Dan dari uji linieritas regresi diperoleh Fhitung (1,25) < Ftabel (1,57), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model persamaan regresi yang digunakan adalah Linier. Dari uji koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment didapatkan nilai rxy = 0,510. Uji koefisien korelasi menggunakan uji-t yang menghasilkan thitung (6,27) > ttabel (1,66), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kolega. Dan dari uji koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebesar 26,01 %, variasi hasil belajar kolega ditentukan oleh persepsi siswa terhadap pengelolaan kelas. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap hasil belajar kolega. ***** The aim of this research is to know the connection between the student’s perception about classroom management and with the study result of colleague lesson at SMK N 14 Central Jakarta. This research was conducted 2 months begin from May Until June 2008. The method used in the research was surveying method with relational approach in order to get sample data from the total of 171 students at SMK N 14 Central Jakarta. The entire sample has been taken from the target of population from five classes majoring in office Administration with the total 114 students. The proportional random sampling technique was needed to get this sample. This paper was using research instrument of the Likert Scale to obtain variable X data (Student’s perception about classroom management). And the variabel Y data (study result) were collected from draft points of valueable finished test for the colleague lesson on second grade majoring in office Administration. And the normality of regressional was estimation error Y over X by using Lilliefors test in significant level α = 0,05, shows that Lcount (0,070) < Ltable (0,083), this calculation showed that regressional estimation error Y over X got a normal distribution. The examination of the hypothesis by using regressional significant test producing Fcount (39,44) > Ftable (3,91), so the conclusion is that the model of the regressional equation are significant. And regressional linearity test which was producing Fcount (1,25) < Ftable (1,57) it can be concluded that the model of regressional equation used was linier. From the correlational confficiency test using the Product Moment formula gave result for rxy = 0,510. Correlation coefisient significant test using t-test obtain tcount (6,27) > ttable (1,66), so the conclusion is that there are a positive relationship and significant between student’s perception about classroom management with the study result of the colleague lesson. And the determination coefficient test significantly test shows that for about 26,01%, variation of the learning outcomes of colleague lesson determined by student’s perception about classroom management. The conclusion of this research shows there is significant relationship between student’s perception about classroom management and the learning outcomes of colleague lesson.
