Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Tingkat Pendidikan dengan Partisipasi Anggota dalam berkoperasi pada Primkopau Mabes TNI AU Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) Squadron di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap anggota koperasi USP Squadron di Jaakarta Timur selama 3 bulan terhitung sejak April 2010 sampai dengan Juni 2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sedangkan data yang diperoleh berasal dari instrumen yang disebar kepada anggota Koperasi USP Squadron di Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proportionte Strataified Random Sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa seluruh populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel, namun harus disesuaikan proporsi anggota tiap tingkatan pendidikannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota koperasi USP Squadron di jakarta Timur. Populasi terjangkau adalah Anggota Luar Biasa kategori Anggota Umum yaitu sebanyak 89 anggota. Kemudian berdasarkan sampel dari tabel populasi Isacc & Michael, diambil sampel sebanyak 68 anggota dengan sampling error 5 %. Uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors menghasilkan L hitung = 0.0895, sedangkan Ltabel untuk n = 68 pada taraf signifikan 0, 05 adalah 0.10744. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel maka galat taksiran Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ŷ = 83,28 + 0.37X . Dari uji keberartian koefisien regresi menghasilkan Fhitung > Ftabel , yaitu 4,71 > 3,99, artinya koefisien regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji linearitas regresi menghasilkan Fhitung < Ftabel yaitu 4,60 < 19,48, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regreasi tersebut linear. Koefisien korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy = 0.258, yang berarti bahwa keeratan hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan pertisipasi anggota rendah. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji t dan dihasilkan thitung = 2,169 dan ttabel = 1,67, karena thitung > ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi rxy = 0.258 adalah signifikan. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,067 yang menunjukkan bahwa variasi Partisipasi Anggota sebesar 6,67% ditentukan oleh Tingkat Pendidikan anggotanya dan sisanya sebesar 93,33% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. ***** This research aimed to determine wether there is a Correlation between Grade Education and Members Partisipation of Primkopau Cooperative at Mabes TNI AU Saving and Credit Division in East Jakarta. This research was taken by the members of USP Squadron Cooperative in East Jakarta the sampling tachnique used on proportional stratified random sampling is based on the consideration if the all population hade the same chance to be sample, but it should be with adjusted proportional members in each of the grade education. The population of this research is the members of USP Squadron Cooperative in East Jakarta. The reachhed population is Exteaordinary members of public categoy is 87 members. And then based on Isac and Michael table population, was taken sample of 68 members with sampling error 5 %. Test requirements analysis, namely normality test error estimate of Y on X regression test produces L liliefors count = 0.0895, whereas for n = 68 Ltabel in significant level 0, 05 is 0.10744. Because Lcount <Ltable the estimated error of Y on X have normal distribution. The resulting regression equation was Y = 83.28 + 0.37X. From the significance test of regression coefficients produces Fcount> Ftable, ie 4.71> 3.99, mean regression coefficient is significant. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount <Ftable ie 4.60 <19.48, thus concluded that the linear equation regreasi. Product Moment correlation coefficient of Pearson produce rxy = 0258, which means that the closeness of the relationship between level of education with low pertisipasi members. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient significance test was done using t test and the resulting t = 2.169 and ttable = 1.67, for t> ttable it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0258 is significant. The coefficient of determination is obtained equal to 0.067 which indicates that the variation of 6.67% Member Participation is determined by grade education members and the balance of 93.33% determined by other factors not examined.
