Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara efektivitas komunikasi guru dalam mengajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa SMAN 15 Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung sejak bulan Februari 2010 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMA Negeri 15 Tangerang yang terdiri dari kelas X, kelas XI, dan kelas XII. Sedangkan populasi terjangkau adalah siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 197 siswa.. Dari jumlah populasi terjangkau tersebut diambil sampel sebanyak 127 orang. Pengambilan sampel tersebut didasarkan pada tabel penentuan jumlah sampel dari populasi tertentu dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling technique). Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi linear sederhana Ŷ = 43,52 + 0,271X. uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukan bahwa Lhitung (0.043) < Ltabel (0.079) dengan mengunakan Uji Liliefors pada taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05 Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian dan kelinieran regresi menggunakan Tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA). Dari hasil uji keberartian regresi diperoleh Fhitung= (75,62) > Ftabel= (3.92) yang menyatakan regresi berarti. Dari hasil uji linearitas regresi diperoleh Fhitung= (1.48) < Ftabel= (1.60) yang menunjukan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan mengunakan rumus Product Moment menghasilkkan rxy sebesar 0,614 sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 8,70 dan t table sebesar 1,66. Dikarenakan t hitung > t table, maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efektivitas komunikasi guru dalam mengajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa SMAN 15 Tangerang. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan 37,70 % variasi variable Y ditentukan oleh variable X. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara efektivitas komunikasi guru dalam mengajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa SMAN 15 Tangerang. Hal tersebut berarti semakin baik komunikasi guru dalam mengajar, maka semakin tinggi hasil belajar ekonomi siswanya. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin buruk komunikais guru dalam mengajar maka semakin rendah pula hasil belajar ekonominya. ***** The aim of this research is to find possibility a positive correlation between teacher’s communication of effectiveness in teaching process with result of study Economy at student of 15high school Tangerang. The period of this research was three months since february2010 until june 2010. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were are all students of 15high school Tangerang class X, class XI and class XII. While the population is affordable student of XI class numbering 197 students IPS.. The sample is 127 peoples, taken from the simple random sampling technique. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 43,52 + 0,271X.. the analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable X is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates L counted (0,043) < L table (0,079). At the hypotesis the significant and linear regression test are using analysis of variance (ANAVA). The result of significant regression test indicates F counted (75,62)> F table (3.92). It state formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates F count (1.48) ) < F table (1,60). It state the regression model is linear. The coefficient of correlation counted by product moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy = 0,614. while the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates t counts = 8,70 and t table = 1,66. Because the result shows t counted > t table, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between teacher’s communication of effectiveness in teaching process with result of study Economy at student of 15high school Tangerang. The count of determination coefficient test indicates 37,70 % the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation between teacher’s communication of effectiveness in teaching process with result of study Economy at student of 15high school Tangeran. It means if teacher communication is good the higher the student learning outcomes of economic will increase. Just the opposite, if teacher communication is bad, the student learning outcomes of economic will deacrease
