Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data yang empiris dan valid serta dapat dipercaya tentang apakah terdapat hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. TaeKyung Technology Di Cibitung, Bekasi Kabupaten. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung sejak bulan November 2008 sampai dengan Januari 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Karyawan Pemasaran di PT. TaeKyung Technology yang berjumlah 75 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ= 64,06 + 0,15X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukan bahwa L hitung (0,0611) < L tabel (0,1125) dengan menggunakan uji liliefors pada taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05 Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian dan kelinieran regresi menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA). Dari hasil uji keberartian regresi diperoleh F hitung (24,04) > F tabel (4,00) yang menyatakan regresi berarti. Dari hasil uji linearitas regresi diperoleh F hitung (0,76) < F tabel (1,82) yang menunjukan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,535 sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 4,905 dan t tabel sebesar 1,671. Dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel, maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. TaeKyung Technology Di Cibitung Bekasi Kabupaten. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan 28,62 % variasi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. Hasil perhitungan menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Gaya kepemimpinan dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. TaeKyung Technology Di Cibitung Bekasi kabupaten. Hal tersebut berarti semakin efektif gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. TaeKyung Technology Di Cibitung Bekasi Kabupaten. ***** The aim of this research is to obtain empirical data and valid, reliable fact concerning wheter or not there is correlation Leadership Style With Working Productivition At Employees PT. TaeKyung Technology OF Cibitung,Bekasi SubProvince. The period of this research was three months, since Novemberl 2008 until January 2009. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were all employees of marketing PT. TaeKyung Technology of Cibitung, Bekasi Sub-Province sum 75 people. The sampling technique was the proportional random sampling. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 64,06 + 0,15 X The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable X is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates L counted (0,0611) < L table (0,1125). At the hypotesis test the significant and linear regression test are using variance analysis table (ANAVA). The result of the significant regression test indicates F counted (24,04) > F table (4,00). It state the formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates F counted (0,76) < F table (1,82). It state the regression model is linear. The coefficient of correlation counted by product moment formula by pearson indicates rxy = 0,535. While the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates t counted = 4,905 and t table = 1,671. Because the result shows t counted > t table, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between leadership Style With Working Productivition At Employees PT. TaeKyung Technology of Cibitung,Bekasi Sub-Province. Learning Consultant.The counted of determination coefficient test indicates 28,62% the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation between leadership style with working productivition At employees PT. TaeKyung Technology of Cibitung,Bekasi Sub-Province. Result of the calculation concludes that there is positive correlation between leadership style efectivity and working productivition At employees PT. TaeKyung Technology of Cibitung,Bekasi Sub-Province.
