Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang tepat dan dapat dipercaya serta mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan tentang perbedaan keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta Timur, selama 4 bulan terhitung dari bulan Agustus 2008 hingga bulan November 2008. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-postest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta Timur. Populasi terjangkaunya adalah seluruh Kelas Penjualan SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta Timur. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah Kelas XI Penjualan (XI PJ) yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu: Kelas XI PJ 1 sebanyak 30 orang dan Kelas XI PJ 2 sebanyak 34 orang. Untuk menjaring data keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pemebelajaran kooperatif digunakan instrumen berbentuk rating scale. Uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas data dengan Uji Chi Kuadrat dan uji homogenitas dengan Uji F. Uji Chi Kuadrat menghasilkan Х 2 hitung 6,74 < Х 2 tabel 12,592 untuk data keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa sebelum penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif. Dan Х 2 hitung 4,52 < Х 2 tabel 12,592 untuk data keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa setelah penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif. Uji F diperoleh harga Fhitung < Ftabel (1,04 < 4). Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa varian kedua kelompok data tersebut adalah homogen. Sehingga penelitian dapat diteruskan. Koefisien korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan korelasi sebesar 0,962. Maka uji signifikansi diperoleh r hitung > r tabel (0,962 > 0,249). Berarti, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif. Uji-t related sample t-test menghasilkan t hitung = -3 dan t tabel = 2 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan df = 63. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi signifikan. Hasil perhitungan menyimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif. ***** This aim of this research is to obtain validity and realibility and fact concerning whether or not there are difference which signifikan between skill communicate student of before and here after applying of cooperative learning. This research done in SMK Diponegoro 1 East Jakarta, during 4 month, from August 2008 till november 2008. Used by research method is experiment method with desain one group pretest-postest. Population in this research is all student of SMK Diponegoro 1 East Jakarta. Population reaching of is all Commerce Class at SMK Diponegoro 1 East Jakarta. While this sampel research is XI Commerce Class XI (XI PJ) what consisted of by two class that is: Class of XI PJ 1 as much 30 people and class of XI PJ 2 as much 34 people. To net skill data communicate student of before and here after applying of cooperative learning used by instrument of is in form of rating scale. Test conditions analyze that is test normality date with test Chi Kuadrat and test homogenity with Test F test. Test Chi Kuadrat yield Х 2 counting 6,74 < Х 2 table 12,592 for the skill date communicate student of before applying of cooperative learning. And Х 2 counting 4,52 < Х 2 table 12,592 for the skill date communicate student after applying of cooperative learning. Test F obtained by price Fcounting < Ftable ( 1,04 < 4). There by earn expressed by that variant of second of the date group is homogeneous. So that the research earn continued. Coefficient of Correlation of Product Moment from Pearson yield correlation of equal to 0,962. Hence the significance test obtained by r count > r tables ( 0,962 > 0,249). Meaning, there are difference which signifikan of among communication skill's student of before and here after applying of cooperative learning. t test related sample yield t count = - 3 and t tables = 2 at level significant 0,05 and df = 63. Inferential thereby that coefficient of correlation significant. Result of calculation conclude there are difference which signifikan of between communication skill's studet of before and after applying of cooperative learning.
