Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. DINAMIKA TEKNIK SELARAS. Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan terhitung mulai bulan Desember 2008 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Dinamika Teknik Selaras Jakarta sebanyak 190 orang, dan populasi terjangkau dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian administrasi akuntansi & keuangan, administrasi umum, administrasi personalia, pajak, dan pelaksana . Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik acak proporsional (proportional random sampling). Untuk menjaring data dari variabel X (komitmen organisasi ) di peroleh melalui data berbentuk kuesioner diberikan pada perusahaan. Untuk variabel Y (Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan) diperoleh melalui data yang diberikan oleh perusahaan PT. Dinamika Teknik Selaras Jakarta. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = 44,91 + 0,295X Hasil uji normalitas lilliefors menghasilkan Lhitung = 0,087 sedangkan Ltabel untuk n = 65 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 0,110. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel maka variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (25,67) > Ftabel (4,00) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji kelinieran regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (0,52) < Ftabel (1,93) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Uji koefisien korelasi product moment menghasilkan rhitung = 0,538. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan ujit, menghasilkan thitung (5,07,) > ttabel (1,67). Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara komitmen organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi atau penentu diperoleh hasil 28,94 % variabel Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Y) ditentukan oleh Komitmen Organisasi (X). ***** The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between organizational commitment with productivity of employee works at PT.Dinamika Teknik Selaras West Jakarta. This research have been done for 2 months since December 2008 until January 2009. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to employee at PT. Dinamika Teknik Selaras. Jakarta. The populations research was all of employees with total 190 employees, while the reach of populations total 80 employees at accounting, at general affair, at human resources department, at tax, at worker with 65 employees for sampling. Collecting X variable data (Organizational Commitment), to get data with survey method to employee’s. to Y variable about (productivity of employee works) gain the data of Productivity of employee works that also issued by Human Resaources PT. Dinamika Teknik Selaras, Jakarta. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 44,91 + 0,29 X. After that data normality test by using lilliefors formula and the result is Lcount = 0,087 in significant level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,110, so Lcount < Ltable. Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (25,67) > Ftable (4,00). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (0,52) < Ftable (1,93), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is rxy = 0,538 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount = 5,07 while ttable = 1,67 and so, tcount > ttable. It means that there are significance and positive correlations between organizational commitment and productivity of employee works. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 28,94%, it means that Productivity of employee works variable determined by 28,94% Organizational Commitment variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlations between organizational commitment and productivity of employee works at PT. Dinamika Teknik Selaras. Jakarta.
