Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of industrial work practice in Accounting Expertise Field at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor by using CIPP model developed by Stuflebeam and equipped with level learning and Behavior from Kirkpatrick. The subjects of this study are the students of class XI Accounting Skills Competencies, principals, heads of accounting skills programs, Vice Principals, accounting earning teachers, and Prakerin Instructors. The method used is descriptive evaluative with data retrieval technique using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The results show that the components evaluated there are still need to be improved, the Context stage includes; fulfillment of competence and link and match between school and business and industry (DU / DI). The input stage includeare ; curriculum, educators / teachers, infrastructure facilities and accounting skills and accountingskills program. while Process stage include; Supervision of implementation / monitoring. At the learning stage there should be pre test in student placement ************ Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri pada Bidang Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bogor dengan menggunakan CIPP model yang dikembangkan oleh Stuflebeam dan dilengkapi dengan level learning dan Behavior dari Kirkpatrick. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi, kepala sekolah, ketua program keahlian Akuntansi, para Wakil Kepala Sekolah, guru mata produktif akuntansi, dan Instruktur Prakerin. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif evaluatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan komponen yang dievaluasi masih ada yang harus diperbaiki, pada tahap Context meliputi; pemenuhan kompetensi dan link and match antara sekolah dengan dunia usaha dan industri (DU/DI). Pada tahap input meliputi; kurikulum, tenaga pendidik/guru, sarana prasarana praktik program keahlian akuntansi dan pembiayaan. Pada tahap Process meliputi;Pengawasan pelaksanaan/monitoring. Pada tahap learning sebaiknya ada pre tes dalam penempatan siswa.
