Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong sebagai sekolah terkemuka, dalam perspektif antecendent, transaksi, dan hasil. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian efektivitas sekolah yang menggunakan model evaluasi Countenance dari pasak sebagai dasar metodologinya. Data dikumpulkan dari semua elemen pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik terbatas pada murid air mata kedua dan ketiga. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Di samping statistik deskriptif. Data penelitian yang diperoleh juga dianalisis menggunakan penalaran kualitatif untuk mengkonfirmasi data yang diamati faktual dengan kriteria evaluasi tertentu. Dua kriteria yang digunakan di sini adalah kriteria absolut, yang berasal dari program internal dan kriteria relatif yang merupakan kriteria yang diturunkan dari program lain yang dianggap setara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hal-hal berikut. Pertama, hampir semua aspek anteseden, seperti jumlah peserta didik dan kualitas input peserta didik dari sumber pembelajaran proponet, kualitas guru, berada dalam kondisi ideal. Kedua, secara internal, proses pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendikia berjalan dengan baik, dan secara eksternal, terkait dengan fungsinya sebagai model, implementasinya belum optimal. Peserta didik dan guru memandang bahwa implementasi pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendikia berjalan dengan baik, dengan memperhatikan fasilitas belajar yang lebih lengkap daripada tose sekolah lain. Pada akhirnya yang ketiga, prestasi belajar peserta didik MAN Insan Cendikia, yang ditunjukkan oleh skor mereka pada UN dan berbagai pencapaian tingkat, meningkat dibandingkan dengan hasil tahun-tahun sebelumnya, dan ini dapat dinilai sebagai pencapaian yang baik dari MAN Insan Cendikia di dalam melakukan proses pendidikan. Kata kunci: Model Evaluasi Counance Stake, MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong MAN (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) ************ This study aimed at revealing and evaluating the implementation of education at MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong as a leading school, in the perspective of its antecendents, transactions, and outcomes. This study was a school effectiveness research using Countenance model of evaluation from stake as the basis of its metodhology. The data were collected from all educational elements at MAN Insan Cendikia Serpong, including principal, teacher, and students limited in to second and the third tears pupils. The data were collected using questionnaires, docomentations, observations, and interviews. Beside the descriptive statistics. The obtained research data were also analyzed using qualitative reasoning to confirm the factual observed data with certain evaluatin criteria. Two cruteria used here were the absolute criterion, which come from the internal program and relative criterion which is the criterion that derivedfrom other equivalent-assumed program.the result of the research revealed the followings. First, almost all the aspect of the antecedent, such of number student and the quality of the student input, the avabulity of proponet sources of learning, quality of teacher, are in ideal conditions. Second, internally, the process of education at MAN Insan Cendikia ran well, and externally, related to its funciuon as a model, the implementation was not optimal yet. The student and the teacher viewed that implementation of education at MAN Insan Cendikia ran well, with repsect to the more complete learning facilities than tose of other schools. And finnaly the thirth, the learning achivement of students of MAN Insan Cendikia, which was indicated by their score on UN and various level achivements, increased compared to the result of previous years, and this could be valued as agood achivement of MAN Insan Cendikia in performing the educational process.
