Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan video model tutorial teknik schoolwork mindfully sebagai strategi koping. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, namun peneliti tidak melaksanakan sampai tahap terakhir dikarenakan pertimbangan waktu dan biaya. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan sampai tahap main product revision, yaitu melakukan perbaikan terhadap produk awal yang dihasilkan berdasarkan hasil uji coba awal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang bersifat tidak acak (non-probability sampling) kepada 46 peserta didik yang mengalami stres akademik tinggi. Hasil uji dengan ahli media mendapat skor 49 dengan kategori layak, hal tersebut karena penyajian presenter yang bagus dan kesesuaian animasi yang ada pada video. Uji ahli materi mendapat skor 50 dengan kategori sangat layak, hal tersebut karena kelengkapan isi video, dan terdapat banyak kesesuaian isi video dengan instrument penilaian uji ahli materi. Uji coba kelompok kecil mendapat kesimpulan pembelajaran mengenai mindfulness menggunakan media video tutorial sangat menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami, media video model tutorial membuat peserta didik mengetahui langkah-langkah melakukan mindfulness dan melalui video model tutorial peserta didik mengetahui cara kerja mindfulness sebagai strategi koping stres akademik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pengembangan media video model tutorial teknik schoolwork mindfully yang telah dilaksanakan sangat layak untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran strategi koping pada peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta. ************* Abstract The purpose of this research was to produce a tutorial video of schoolwork mindfully techniques as coping skill. The methodology used in this research is research and development (RnD) using the ADDIE model, but researcher did not carry out until the end of the stage due to time and cost considerations. The stages are carried out until the main product revision stage, which is to make improvements to the initial product produced based on the initial trial results. This research was conducted at State Senior High School 81 Jakarta (SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta), using non-probability sampling techniques for 46 students who experienced high academic stress. Test results with materials experts got a 50 points with a very good category, because the completeness of the video content, and there is a correspond between video content with the material expert assessment instrument. The small group trial gets the conclusion that learning about mindfulness using tutorial video is very fun and easy to understand, the tutorial video makes students know step by step how to do mindfulness and tutorial video made students learn how mindfulness works as a coping skill. So it can be concluded that the development of tutorial video media with 'schoolwork mindfully' techniques is very feasible to use as a learning media for coping skill for grade XI students at State Senior High School 81 Jakarta (SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta).
