Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis context, reaction, input, learning proccess, behavior to proccess, dan output dari Ujian Basional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) tingkat SMA. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probabilitas sampling dengan teknik purposif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian mengambil sekolah pada tingkatan SMA sebanyak 4 sekolah, SMK sebanyak 2 sekolah, dan MA 1 sekolah yang semuanya berada di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu pengambilan data dilakukan denganwawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Rancangan desain penelitian merupakan gabungan antara dua model penelitian yakni CIPP dan Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian: 1) tidak terdapat perbedaan tujuan ujian yang dilakukan menggunakan media komputer dengan media kertas dan pensil. 2) reaction: semua kepala sekolah dan siswa senang dengan perubahan ujian manual menjadi ujian berbasis komputer. 3) tidak semua sekolah menerapkan peraturan operasional standar UNBKterkait jarak komputer serta dilakukannya proses seleksi untuk menjaditeknisi dan proktor dari sekolah. 4) Learning Proccess:dilakukannya ujicoba ujian nasional dengan materi tatacara sistem dan peraturan mengikuti UNBK. 5) Behavior to Proccess: ujicoba ujian nasional yang dilakukan kepada siswa membantu pengetahuan, keahlian, dan sikap siswa dalam hal pengoperasional komputer saat UNBK. 6) output: UNBKmenjadikan efektif dalam hal waktu, efisien pembiayaan, serta hasil yang murni didapat siswa dengan minim kecurangan. ***************** This study aims to analyze the context, reaction, input, learning process, behavior to process, and output of the computer-based national exam (UNBK) at the high school level. The sampling technique uses in this study is a purposive technique. The study was condacted at three high school in Jakarta: two schools are SMK, and one school at MA. The method used in this study was qualitative. The instruments employed in this research were interview, observation and documentation. The research design was a combination of two research models namely CIPP and Kirkpatrick. The study found out the following result: 1) there is no difference in the purpose of the test conducted using computer media with paper and pencil media. 2) reaction: all school principals and students are happy with the change of manual exams to computer based exams. 3) not all schools apply the UNBKstandard operating regulations related to computer distance and there is a selection process to become technicians and projectors from schools. 4) Learning Proccess: a national testis conducted with the material of system and regulatory procedures following UNBK. 5) Behavior to Proccess: a national test conducted on students helps students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes in operating computers during UNBK. 6) output: UNBKmakes iteffective in terms of time, efficient financing, and pure results obtained by students with minimal cheating.
