The lack of women participation in politic at Bogor City was the background of this research. Women’s representative should be at least 30%asstated in UU No. 8 Tahun 2012. In this research, observation, interview and documentationwere done with Kaukus Perempuan Politik Indonesia (Women’s Political Caucus of Indonesia) and Komisi Pemilihan Umum (General ElectionsCommission) as the Key Informant and Senior High School teacher, members of Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (FamilyWalfare Movement) and other institutionsas informants. The result showed the activitiesof Women’s Political Caucus of Indonesia in increasing women’s political participation which involve pupils, women’s organizations also people in Bogor City. The activities were include Capacity Building for women, training for women in school level, Road Show to political party, consolidation with women’s organization, and debriefingfor the legislative candidate. Those activities increased the women’s political participation in Bogor City with women’s representative number of 11% became 18% on 2009. Opinion that politic is notfor women and the lackof budget became the hurdle of Women’s Political Caucus of Indonesia’s activities.
