Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara intelegensi dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Akuntansi kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional dan menggunakan data ex post facto , dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, yaitu teknik acak proporsional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakarta sebanyak 615 siswa, populasi terjangkaunya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Akuntansi yang berjumlah 69 siswa, dan sampel yang diambil berdasarkan taraf kesalahan 5% pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dari populasi sebanyak 57 siswa. Data intelegensi (variabel X1) menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari lembaga, motivasi belajar (variabel X2) menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, sedangkan untuk Hasil Belajar (variabel Y) menggunakan data sekunder berupa nilai-nilai ulangan semester genap pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang menghasilkan Ŷ = 25,317 + 0,221X1 + 0,248X2. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Dalam uji hipotesis korelasi ganda sebesar 0,486 dan uji t diketahui bahwa hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki keeratan yang sedang. Kemudian uji koefisien determinasi mempengaruhi hasil belajar sebesar 20,8 %. Jadi diketahui bahwa hipotesis diterima, asumsi ini mendukung teori M.Dalyono, Syaiful Bahri Djamarah, Nyanyu Khodijah, Sardiman, dan M.Ngalim. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara intelegensi dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar akuntansi kelas X akuntansi di SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakarta. ******************************** The aim of this research is to find whether there is a relationship between The Relationship between Intelligence and Motivation Learning with Learning Outcomes at Introduction Accounting Subject on Class X in SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakarta. The data collection and analysis method in this research involve survey method with correlational approach and use ex post facto data. The population in this research are all student in SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakart totaling 615 student. Affordability of the entire population are accounting student on Class X totaling 69 student. The sampling technique used was proporsional random sampling, which amounted to 57 student based on 5% error level on the chart Isaac and Michael. Data Intelligence (variable X1) using secondary data obtained from institution, data Motivation Learning variable X2) using primary data obtained from questionnaires , while the Learning Result (variable Y) using secondary data from test scores on semester in the academic year 2013/2014. The requirements test analysis is conducted by looking for the regression equation Ŷ = 25,317 + 0,221X1 + 0,248X2. Based on the results of the hypothesis test is known that the data are normally distributed. In coefficient correlation hypothesis test result for 0,486.Then the coefficient of determination test resulted that Learning Result would influence the learning result for 20,8 %. Thus known that the hypothesis is accepted, this assumption supports the theory from M.Dalyono, Syaiful Bahri Djamarah, Nyanyu Khodijah, Sardiman, and M.Ngalim. These results proved existence of a positive and significant relationship between Intelligence and Motivation Learning With Learning Outcomes Of Student at Accounting Subject On X Class In SMK Perguruan Rakyat 1 Jakarta.
