Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kemampuan mendidik guru rumpun pariwisata di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru-guru produktif yang ada di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan berjumlah 4 orang dengan masing-masing jurusan: (1) guru produktif kecantikan, (2) guru produktif tata boga, (3) guru produktif perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan hanya pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner pada penelirtian awal dan wawancara pada penelitian akhir dikarenakan sedang terjadi wabah virus covid-19. Dalam penelitian terdapat pertanyaan yang masing-masing dari pertanyaan tersebut menanyakan tentang latar belakang pendidikan stara 1 guru-guru produktif SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan, pengetahuan dasar kompetensi pedagogik dan kemampuan mendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Guru produktif telah mengimplementasikan kompetensi pedagogiknya, (2) Guru produktif merasa sudah menerapkan kemampuan mendidik di setiap ke giatan belajar dan mengajar, (3) Guru produktif menyatakan adanya hubungan anatara kompetensi pedagogik guru rumpun pariwisata dan kemampuan mendidik. ******************* This study the relationship between pedagogical competence and educational abilityof tourism teachers at SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan. SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan teacher were observe, totaling 4 people with each major: (1) productive teachers of beauty, (2) productive teachers of catering, (3) productive teachers of hospitality. This study uses a qualitative method by only collecting data through questionnaires in the initial research and interviews in the final research because there is an outbreak of the covid-19 virus.In the research there are questions that each of these questions asks about the educational background of 1 productive teachers of SMK Negeri 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan,basic knowledge of pedagogic competencies and educational ability, as well as opinions about the relationship between pedagogic competencies and educational ability. The results showed that: (1) Productive teachers have implemented their pedagogical competencies, (2) Productive teachers feel they have applied the ability to educate in every activity of learning and teaching, (3) Productive teachers state that there is a relationship between the pedagogical competence of teachers in the tourism clusters and educational ability.
