Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam mengenaipandangan masyarakat Kampung Mulyasari mengenai urgensi pendidikan bagi anak-anak dan pemenuhan hak pendidikan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat pada anak tidak sekolah formal di Kampung Mulyasari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada informan yang merupakan masyarakat Kampung Mulyasari berjumlah 9 orang dan key informan berjumlah 3 orang. Peneliti meminta pendapat hasil penilaian kepada expert opinion yaitu Dosen Pendidikan Masyarakat, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) secara umum masyarakat Kampung Mulyasari memiliki pandangan yang mengkonfirmasi urgensi pendidikan sebagai salah satu upaya agar anak-anak mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan yang semaksimal mungkin. 2) Pemenuhan hak pendidikan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat pada anak tidak sekolah formaldi Kampung Mulyasari yaitu oleh pemerintah dimana pemerintah Desa Sukamulya terus berusaha dalam memenuhi hak pendidikan bagi anak tidak sekolah formal di Kampung Mulyasari dan oleh masyarakat dilakukan melalui pendidikan informal didalam keluarga dan pendidikan nonformal berupa pesantren Riyadhul Jannah Pakubumi Pancaniti, hanya memanfaatkan pendidikan yang ada di Kampung Mulyasari. Kata Kunci: Pemenuhan, Anak, Sekolah Formal ***************************** ABSTRACT This research aims to recognize getting information about the Kampung Mulyasari view of the urgency of education for children and The fulfilment of the Right to Education by government and society for the Children Who Have Never formal School At Kampung Mulyasari. The research approach used is qualitative in a descriptive method by doing the observation, the interview, and the documentation for the data collection technique. The interview was conducted with 9 informants and 3 key informants who are the people of Kampung Mulyasari itself. The researcher asked for the result of evaluation to the expert opinion, the professor of Public Education. These findings of this research shows that: 1) in general of Kampung Mulyasari indigenous communities have an attitude that affirms the urgency of education as an effort to get children to the fullest possible knowledge 2) The fulfilment of the Right to Education by government and society for the Children Who Have Attended Formal School At Kampung Mulyasariby the government in which the village government of Sukamulya continues to seek to fulfill the right of education for the children who have never formal school at kampung mulyasari and by society is done through informal education in the family and non-formal education namely a simple Islamic boarding school (Pesantren)Riyadhul Jannah Pakubumi Pancanition utilization the educational program provided at Kampung Mulyasari.
