Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana proses rehabilitasi sosial terhadap Anak yang Berhadapan dengan Hukum dan juga pelaksanaan program-program rehabilitasi sosial terhadap Anak yang Berhadapan dengan Hukum di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Anak yang Memerlukan Perlindungan Khusus (BRSAMPK) Handayani. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 4 (empat) anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum sebagai Informan, 2 (dua) pekerja sosial serta 1 (satu) Kasie Rehabilitasi Sosial sebagai Key Informan. Serta melakukan proses konfirmasi kepada seorang ahli yaitu Staff Analis Perlindungan Anak Sub Bidang Pemenuhan Hak Anak atas Pendidikan Wilayah II, Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses rehabilitasi sosial dilaksanakan dengan tahapan: 1. Rujukan/Penjangkauan, 2. Penerimaan, 3. Rumah Antara/Temporary Shelter, 4. Assesmen, 5. Rencana Intervensi, 6. Intervensi, 7. Resosialisasi, 8. Terminasi, 9. Bimbingan Lanjutan. Sedangkan Program rehabilitasi sosial yang dilaksanakan terdiri atas terapi psikososial, terapi fisik, terapi mental spiritual, terapi penghidupan, pendidikan, dukungan keluarga. Rehabilitasi sosial yang dilakukan oleh BRSAMPK Handayani menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku anak menjadi pribadi yang lebih disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. Serta memiliki keahlian yang dapat menjadi bekal ketika kembali ke masyarakat. The aim of this research is to find out how the process of social rehabilitation for children in conflict with the law and also the implementation of social rehabilitation programs for children in conflict with the law in the Social Rehabilitation Center for Children Required Special Protection (BRSAMPK) Handayani. The method of this research using qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research involves 4 (four) children in conflict with the law as informants, 2 (two) social workers, and 1 (one) Division Chief of Social Rehabilitation as a key informant. And do the confirmation process to an expert opinion namely Child Protection Analyst Staff Sub-Sector Fulfillment of Children's Rights in Education Region II the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. Based on the results of this research is showing that the social rehabilitation process implemented with stages: 1. Reconciliation/Outreach, 2. Admission, 3. Temporary Shelter, 4. Assessment, 5. Intervention Plans, 6. Intervention, 7. Resocialization, 8. Termination, 9. Advanced Guidance. Whereas the social rehabilitation program that implemented consisted of psychosocial therapy, physical therapy, spiritual mental therapy, livelihood therapy, education, family support. Social rehabilitation conducted by BRSAMPK Handayani showing children behavioral change to be more discipline and responsible person. And also having skill that can be a provision when they go back to the society.
