Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Jerman pada aplikasi Bilik Bahasa. Terdapat 47 Arbeitsanweisung pada aplikasi Bilik Bahasa yang akan dinilai kualitas terjemahannya oleh informan ahli. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data secara deskriptif. Penilaian terhadap kualitas terjemahan mengacu pada teori Nababan yang terdiri dari 3 aspek; keakuratan, keberterimaan, dan keterbacaaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, 65,96% terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung di aplikasi Bilik Bahasa dinyatakan akurat, 31,92% dinyatakan kurang akurat, dan 2,12% dinyatakan tidak akurat. Sedangkan untuk aspek keberterimaan, terdapat 85,11% terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung dinyatakan berterima, 12,77% dinyatakan kurang berterima, dan 2,12% terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung dinyatakan tidak berterima. Untuk aspek keterbacaan, penilaian informan menunjukkan bahwa, 80,85% terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung dinyatakan memiliki tingkat keterbacaan yang tinggi, 17,03% dinyatakan memiliki tingkat keterbacaan sedang, dan 2,12% terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung dinyatakan memiliki tingkat keterbacaan rendah. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjemahan Arbeitsanweisung masih membutuhkan perbaikan sesuai saran yang diberikan oleh informan ahli, sehingga seluruh terjemahan dapat dinyatakan akurat, berterima, dan memiliki tingkat keterbacaan yang tinggi. This study is the qualitative study and work deals with the translation quality assesment of Work instructions in the Bilik Bahasa app. This app is an e-learning Platform for web-based learning of Indonesian as a Foreign Language (BIPA) for German speakers.This Study has used 47 Work instruction in Bilik Bahasa App as data. Analytical technique used in this research is a descriptive data analysis technique. Assessment the quality of the translation refers to the Nababan theory which consists of 3 aspects; accuracy, acceptability and readability. The result shown that that 65.96% of the work instructions are accurate, 31.92% of the work instructions less precise and 2.12% of the work instructions in the Bilik Bahasa app are inaccurate.For the acceptable assesment shown that 85.11% of the work instructions are acceptable, 12.77% of the work instructions are less acceptable and 2.12% of the work instructions in the Bilik Bahasa app are unacceptable. And for the readability assesment shown that 80.85% of the work instructions are readable, 17.03% of the work instructions less readable and 2.12% of the work instructions in the Bilik Bahasa app are unreadable. This shows that not all translations are accurate, acceptable and readable. Hence there are some Work instructions that need improvement so that all work instructions are accurate, acceptable, and readable.
