Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulik kebenaran dan menjawab mengapa resiliensi dilakukan Ayah dalam mendidik anak-anak pada keluaraga Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW). Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam. Sampel atau subjek dari penelitian ini adalah para Ayah di Desa Kalisogra Wetan yang ditinggal istri bekerja menjadi TKW di luar Negeri. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan mulai dari bulan Februari 2019 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Resiliensi Ayah dalam Pendidikan Anak pada Keluarga TKW merupakan kemampuan Ayah untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang baru saja dialaminya semasa hidup yaitu mengurus rumah tangga dan mendidik anak. untuk dapat menyesuaikan dirinya, Ayah mengalami 4 tahapan resiliensi yang berkaitan, guna membentuk kembali kehidupan lamanya yang diaplikasikan kedalam kehidupan barunya saat ini, adapun 4 tahapan tersebut ialah: 1) Mengalah untuk tujuan yang lebih baik, 2) Bertahan menjalani hidup, 3) Pemulihan, mencoba untuk bangkit kembali, dan 4) Berkembang, dimana sang Ayah telah terbiasa dengan kondisi yang ia jalankan saat ini. This study aims to explore the truth and answer resilience questions by fathers in educating children in families of women workers (TKW). The research used method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, and in-depth observations. The samples or subjects of this study were fathers in Kalisogra Wetan Village who live to work as TKW abroad. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from February 2019 to July 2019. This study indicate that the Father’s Resiliency in Child’s Education of TKW Families is an ability of father who can overcome existing for the difficulties and adjust with those he had just experienced during his life to taking care the household and educates children. To adjust himself, Father took 4 related stages of the resiliency, to reshape his old life which was applied to his new life, the following 4 stages are: 1) Give in for a better purpose, 2) Endure, the live, 3) try to rise and recovery, and 4) Being develop, where father can be used with the conditions he is living at this time.
