Abstract
Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi menggunakan model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP). Metode pengumpulan data secara triangulasi menggunakan teknik kuesioner, wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden dan 3 narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam: (1) Evaluasi Context: memiliki SK dan visi misi, tujuan; (2) Evaluasi Input, sistem perekrutan peserta lomba Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta, sistem perekrutan para pelatih Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Dukungan sarana dan prasana pada Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Anggaran pembiayaan Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Prosedur pembinaan dan pelatihan Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta; (3) Evaluasi Process; Proses pelaksanaan Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Peran tim khususnya dalam hal monitoring dan evaluasi Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta; (4) Evaluasi Product; untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi Program Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan (KAPB) Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Program Kejuaraan, Kejuaraan Atletik Pelajar Bulanan Dinas Olahraga Provinsi DKI Jakarta Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Monthly Student Athletics Championships Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office. This study uses qualitative techniques with evaluation approach using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) models. Methods of data collection in triangulation using questionnaires, interviews, document studies and observation. This study amounted to 66 respondents and 3 speakers. The results showed that: (1) Context Evaluation: having SK and vision of mission, purpose; (2) Input Evaluation; recruitment system for participants in the Monthly Athletics Championships of the Jakarta Sports Department, recruitment system for trainers of the Monthly Student Athletics Athletics Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office, Supporting facilities and infrastructure for the Monthly Student Athletics Athletics Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office, The budget for the Monthly Student Athletics Championships Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office, Guidance and training procedures for the Monthly Student Athletics Athletics Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office; (3) Process Evaluation; The process of implementing the Monthly Student Athletics Championship Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office, The role of the team especially in terms of monitoring and evaluating the Monthly Student Athletics Athletics Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office; (4) Product Evaluation; to find out the results of the evaluation of the Monthly Student Athletics Championships Program (KAPB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Sports Office.
