Abstract

PUTIKA DWI ASIH, Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan yang mnerapkan ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) 2018. Skripsi: Jakarta. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan yang menerapkan ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu dari Top lima puluh emiten dari tiga negara yaitu 150 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 40 perusahaan sebelum dilakukan outlier dan setelah dilakukan outlier data diperoleh sampel sebanyak 36 perusahaan. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan sampel ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard dari tiga negara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan secara parsial Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Dan secara simultan Good Corporate Governance dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan besaran pengaruh variabel sebesar 18.4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh Good Corporate Governance harus konsisten dan tidak dapat dilihat secara langsung, dibutuhkan jangka panjang untuk melihat performa kinerja keuangan yang baik. Ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan semakin besar perusahaan maka semakin baik dalam memaksimalkan laba dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan. Performa kinerja keuangan yang baik dapat dilihat secara bersamaan pada tata kelola perusahaan yang terstruktur dengan baik dan pengelolaan aset yang maksimal. This research purpose to determine the influence of good corporate governance and the firm size to the financial performance of the company that implemented the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) in 2018. This research uses secondary data sourced from the annual report found on the company's website. The population used is from Top fifty emiten of three countriesThe study used purposive sampling as a sampling method, obtained as much as 40 companies before outliner, after outliner sampling as much as 36 companies. The novelty in this study is to use a sample of ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard from three countries. The data analysis used in this study is a double linear regression analysis. Hypotheses test results show that the partial Good Corporate Governance has no effect on financial performance. The company size is influential and significant to financial performance. And simultaneously Good Corporate Governance and size of the company are influential and significant to the financial performance. Good Corporate Governance and company size to financial performance the variable impact of 18.4%. The results of the study showed the influence of Good Corporate Governance to be consistent and cannot be seen directly, it takes long term to see the performance of good financial performance. The company size shows the greater the company then the better in maximizing profit and improving financial performance. Good financial performance, performance can be viewed simultaneously on well structured corporate governance and maximum asset management.
