Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dana Perimbangan dan Besarnya Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Banten Tahun 2012-2018 dengan Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonmungkin sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh yaitu jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel pada 8 kota / kabupaten di Provinsi Banten dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Neraca dan Ukuran Dana Pemerintah berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Banten tahun 2012-2018. Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebagai variabel moderating dapat memoderasi hubungan Dana Perimbangan dengan Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah, namun Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan Ukuran Pemerintah Daerah dengan Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Banten tahun 2012-2018. Kata Kunci: Dana Perimbangan, Besaran Pemerintah Daerah, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah This study aims to determine the effect of the Balancing Fund and the Size of the Regional Government on the Financial Performance of the Banten Provincial Government in 2012-2018 with Regional Original Income as a moderating variable. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial Management Agency of Banten Province. The sampling technique used is non-probably sampling with the saturated sample method, that is, the total population is used as a sample of 8 cities / regencies in Banten Province, using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the Government Funds Balance and Size have a negative effect Financial Performance of Banten Provincial Government 2012-2018. Regional Original Revenue as a moderating variable can moderate the relationship of the Balancing Funds to the Regional Government Financial Performance, but Regional Original Revenue cannot moderate the relationship of the Regional Government Size to the Financial Performance of the Banten Provincial Government 2012-2018.
