Abstract

MUHAMMAD ABDUROHMAN. “Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan yang Tercatat dalam Indeks Kompas 100 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2018” Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengobeservasi pengaruhnya Good Corporate Governance dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan yang Tercatat dalam Indeks Kompas 100 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2018 dengan total sampel sebanyak 79 Perusahaan. Uji persayaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis merupakan uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan memberikan hasil bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Leverage berpengaruh secara bersama – sama signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis secara parsial memberikan hasil Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial selanjutnya memberikan hasil Leverage berpengaruh signfikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan arah yang negatif. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Leverage, Nilai Perusahaan MUHAMMAD ABDUROHMAN. The Effect of Good Corporate Governane and Leverage on Corporate Values on SOE Companies Listed on Kompasm 100 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018. This study aims to determine the impact of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Corporate values on Kompas 100 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 with a total sample 79. This study uses a test of analysis requirements, a classic asumption test, and hypothesis test. Based on the analysis, the result that Good Corporate Governance and Leverage have simultaneous and significant effevt on Corporate Value. The partial hypothesis test shown that Good Corporate Governance has effect and significant to the Corporate. Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Corporate Value.
